- Iron Hands is a powerful attacker that uses its low Speed to take advantage of Trick Room while also supporting its teammates outside of Trick Room with Fake Out and powerful moves like Wild Charge and Low Kick. It boasts good matchups against the likes of Calyrex-I, Miraidon, Kyogre, Incineroar, and Chi-Yu, taking hits from them and retaliating with big damage.
- Low Kick often does more damage than Drain Punch against Restricted Pokemon, allowing Iron Hands to 2HKO Pokemon like Calyrex-I, Miraidon, and Zamazenta-C. Heavy Slam lets Iron Hands threaten Landorus and OHKO Fairy-types like Whimsicott and Flutter Mane. However, it worsens Iron Hands's damage output against the aforementioned Restricted Pokemon.
- Assault Vest allows Iron Hands to survive powerful moves like Draco Meteor from Choice Specs Miraidon in Electric Terrain and +2 Astral Barrage from Life Orb Calyrex-S.
- The EV spread allows Iron Hands to survive Close Combat from Life Orb Koraidon and +1 Psychic from Calyrex-S while also giving it as much Attack as possible.
- Tera Bug lets Iron Hands resist Ground- and Fighting-type moves like Headlong Rush from Ursaluna, Earth Power from Landorus, and Body Press from Zamazenta-C. Tera Water gives Iron Hands important resistances to Ice-, Water, and Fire-type attacks, letting it take Glacial Lance from Calyrex-I, Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R, Water Spout from Kyogre, and Flare Blitz from Koraidon more comfortably.

Teambuilding
=========
- Ursaluna is a tough matchup for Iron Hands, as they share the same Speed, and Ursaluna can OHKO Iron Hands with Headlong Rush. Ursaluna can also Terastallize into a Ghost-type to become immune to Iron Hands's Fake Out, Drain Punch, and Low Kick. Iron Hands struggles to hit Amoonguss with any of its moves, letting Amoonguss easily redirect its attacks and put it to sleep with Spore. Landorus is immune to Wild Charge, resists Drain Punch and Low Kick, and can 2HKO Iron Hands with Earth Power or Sandsear Storm.
- Calyrex-S can use Psychic to 2HKO Iron Hands and is immune to Iron Hands's Fighting-type STAB moves. Lunala with Electric Seed and Shadow Shield takes little damage from Iron Hands's Wild Charge and can deal heavy damage to it with Moonblast.
- Iron Hands is often used on Miraidon teams, as Miraidon can OHKO Landorus with Draco Meteor and threaten other threats for Iron Hands like, Amoonguss, Ursaluna, and Lunala. Miraidon's Electric Terrain activates Iron Hands's Quark Drive, boosts the power of Wild Charge, and stops Spore from Amoonguss. In return, Iron Hands uses Fake Out to allow Miraidon to safely attack. Iron Hands also appreciates Farigiraf and Calyrex-I's ability to cover Psychic- and Ground-types, respectively, and set Trick Room to aid Iron Hands when against faster teams.
- Volcarona and Grimmsnarl can threaten Psychic-types with Struggle Bug and Foul Play while providing useful damage mitigation through Flame Body and dual screens.

Good work so far, let me know once you have made these changes and I'll take another look before granting a qc stamp!

You should have this thread open to help you ensure your writing meets the grammar standards: https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/spelling-and-grammar-standards.3712738/

And since you seem to be new to writing analyses, here is a guide on how to implement checks:

- Iron Hands is a powerful attacker that uses it's low speed and bulk Speed to take advantage of trick room Trick Room while also supporting outside of trick room Trick Room with Fake out and powerful moves This description is too vague, either mention what moves or what exactly Iron Hands threatens. Iron Hands is able to disrupt pokemon using Fake Out and deal huge damage even through intimidate Intimidate. It's Too informal It has good matchups against Miraidon, Chi-Yu, Kyogre and Calyrex-I.
- Low Kick often does more damage than drain punch Drain Punch due to the high amount of heavy pokemon, This would be more informative if you specifically mention examples of pokemon Low Kick deals more damage to instead low kick often does the max 120 damage This is dex info. This allow it to take important 2HKOs and OHKOs that drain punch would miss. Combine this with the examples you and mention why you would run Heavy Slam over Low Kick in this point
- Assault Vest massively increases iron hands special defense, Dex info allowing it allows Iron Hands to survive powerful moves like Draco Meteor from choice specs Choice Specs Miraidon in electric terrain Electric Terrain and +2 Astral Barrage from life orb Life Orb Calyrex-S.
- the The EV spread gives iron hands Iron Hands as much attack as possible while Try to find any damage calcs for this attack investment, otherwise move this to the end of the point also allowing it to live surging strikes and astral barrage The users of these attacks are obvious but they should be mentioned regardless as well as any damaging boost items they may be holding as a 3HKO.
- Tera bug and water Bug and Water are both used to defensively to resist types that iron hands Iron Hands normally has trouble with This isn't entirely accurate, either remove this or emphasise that they remove Iron Hands's weaknesses and provide helpful resistances. Bug lets you Iron Hands resist ground and fighting type Ground- and Fighting-type moves from Ursaluna, Calyrex-I and Zamazenta-C. Water gives you important resistances to ice and water Ice- and Water-type attacks, letting you take Surging Strikes and Glacial Lance easily Mention which pokemon use these attacks and mention Glacial Lance before Surging Strikes to match the type order.

Teambuilding
=========
- Ursaluna is a tough matchup for Iron Hands, it they shares the same speed and can OHKO Iron Hands With?. Iron Hands also struggles to hit Amoonguss with either of it's stabs Heavy Slam and Fake Out also don't do much against Amoonguss, letting it redirect attacks easily Mention that Iron Hands can easily be put to sleep by Spore too. Iron Hands can't beat Landorus because of it's immunity to electric and resistance to fighting making it difficult to KO This is dex info, you can just say Landorus can easily OHKO Iron Hands with Earth Power instead. You should mention Calyrex-S and Lunala are threats too
- Iron Hands is often used on Miraidon teams to activate Quark Drive and boost the power of Wild Charge, on these teams, Iron Hands uses Fake Out to allow Miraidon to volt switch Volt Switch against faster pokemon and there is normally a Trick Room setter like Electric Seed Farigiraf or Calyrex-I to make a Trick Room mode against faster teams. You should mention more partners, particularly partners which help with Iron Hands's weaknesses

- Low Kick often does more damage than Drain Punch allowing it to OHKO and 2HKO heavy pokemon like Calyrex-I, Miraidon and Zamazenta-C. Heavy Slam is able to OHKO lighter pokemon Fairy-types This is true but the primary reason for running Heavy Slam is to threaten Fairy-types like Whimsicott and Flutter Mane.
- Assault Vest allows Iron Hands to survive powerful moves like Draco Meteor from Choice Specs Miraidon in Electric Terrain and +2 Astral Barrage from Life Orb Calyrex-S.

- Iron Hands is a powerful attacker that uses it's low Speed to take advantage of Trick Room while also supporting outside of Trick Toom Room with Fake Out and powerful moves like Electric Terrain boosted Wild Charge and Low Kick. Iron Hands is able to disrupt pokemon using Fake Out and deal huge damage even through Intimidate (this is just reiterating what you stated before, no? You can probably mold the Intimidate statement into the prior sentence). It has good matchups against Miraidon, Chi-Yu, Kyogre and Calyrex-I. (definitely want to elaborate here; say something along the lines of this "It boasts good matchups into the likes of Calyrex-I, Miraidon, Kyogre, and Chi-Yu, taking hits and retaliating with big damage")
- Low Kick often does more damage than Drain Punch allowing it Iron Hands to OHKO and 2HKO heavy pokemon like Calyrex-I, Miraidon and Zamazenta-C. (I don't think you OHKO any of these aside from Miraidon, and as the way it's written it sounds like you can OHKO all of them. I would just state that it lets Iron Hands OHKO Miraidon and then get into the things you can 2HKO) Heavy Slam is able to OHKO Fairy-types like Whimsicott and Flutter Mane. (up to you but you can add that it threatens Landorus)
- Assault Vest allows Iron Hands to survive powerful moves like Draco Meteor from Choice Specs Miraidon in Electric Terrain and +2 Astral Barrage from Life Orb Calyrex-S.
- The EV spread allows Iron Hands to live Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and Astral Barrage from Life Orb Calyrex-S as a 3HKO, while also giving Iron Hands as much attack as possible. (are these really the most relevant calcs? Please try and find better ones)
- Tera Bug and Water are both used to resist types to gain resistances to common and super effective types (fluff). Tera Bug lets you Iron Hands resist Ground- and Fighting-type moves from Ursaluna, Calyrex-I and Zamazenta-C (what moves? Give examples like Headlong Rush from Ursaluna and Body Press from Zamazenta-C Calyrex-I also probably isn't the best example, something like Landorus or Urshifu would be better here). Tera Water gives Iron Hands important resistances to Ice- and Water-type attacks, letting you Iron Hands take Glacial Lance from Calyrex-I and Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R easily (kyogre is a good mention here).

Teambuilding
=========
- Ursaluna is a tough matchup for Iron Hands, as they share the same speed and it can OHKO Iron Hands with Headlong Rush. (Mention how Ursaluna can Tera out of its weakness to Low Kick and Drain Punch) Iron Hands also struggles to hit Amoonguss with any of it's moves, letting it redirect attacks and can easily put it to sleep with Spore (reads kind of weird, clean this up please). Landorus is able to 2HKO Iron Hands with Earth Power or Sandsear Storm. (mention that it lando immune to Wild Charge and resists Low Kick and Drain Punch)
- Calyrex-S can use Psychic to 2HKO Iron Hands and doesn’t take much damage before terastallizing is immune to Iron Hands's Fighting-type STAB (didn't make too much sense, what were you trying to say there?). Lunala with Electric Seed takes low little damage from Iron Hands's Wild Charge and Heavy slam and can 2HKO Iron Hands with tera Fairy Moonblast. (you take a decent chunk from Moonblast anyways)
- Iron Hands is often used on Miraidon teams to activate Quark Drive, boost the power of Wild Charge and stop Spore from Amoonguss., on these teams, Iron Hands uses Fake Out to allow Miraidon to Volt Switch against faster pokemon safely attack. and there is normally a Trick Room setter like Farigiraf or Calyrex-I to make a Trick Room mode against faster teams and cover Iron Hands Psychic and Ground weaknesses with Foul Play and Glacial Lance (please do reword this, it doesn't make much sense to read)
- Volcarona and Grimmsnarl can cover Iron Hands Fairy and Psychic weaknesses and provide useful damage mitigation through Flame Body, Struggle Bug and screens which turns many 2HKOs into 3HKOs.

I recommend keeping this open when writing since there are a lot of grammar issues:
https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/spelling-and-grammar-standards.3712738/

Pengu I've implemented the changes

what counts as a relevant calc? is it something iron hands just barely lives?
A relevant calc would be an attack that heavily threatens Iron Hands and is prominent in the meta, preferably a calc that it wouldn't live without specific EVs or Assualt Vest, eg. +1 CSR Psychic.

ping once implemented, i still wanna see this once more before gp

- Iron Hands is a powerful attacker that uses it's low Speed to take advantage of Trick Room while also supporting outside of Trick Room with Fake Out and powerful moves like Wild Charge and Low Kick which still do damage even through Intimidate (doesn't feel super necessary, you can just mention Incineroar in the following sentence). It boasts good matchups into the likes of Calyrex-I, Miraidon, Kyogre, Incineroar, and Chi-Yu, taking hits from them and retaliating with big damage.
- Low Kick often does more damage than Drain Punch allowing Iron Hands to 2HKO heavy pokemon like Calyrex-I, Miraidon and Zamazenta-C. Heavy Slam is able to threaten Landorus and OHKO Fairy-types like Whimsicott and Flutter Mane (i would mention that dropping low kick worsens your MU into caly-i).
- Assault Vest allows Iron Hands to survive powerful moves like Draco Meteor from Choice Specs Miraidon in Electric Terrain and +2 Astral Barrage from Life Orb Calyrex-S.
- The EV spread allows Iron Hands to live Close Combat from Life Orb Koraidon, while also giving Iron Hands as much attack as possible (anything else? preferably a spatking calc. i can DM some to you on discord if you'd like).
- Tera Bug lets Iron Hands resist Ground- and Fighting-type moves like Headlong Rush from Ursaluna, Earth Power from Landorus and Body Press Zamazenta-C. Tera Water gives Iron Hands important resistances to Ice- and Water-type attacks, letting you Iron Hands take Glacial Lance from Calyrex-I, Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and Water Spout from Kyogre easily (important to mention flare blitz from koraidon).

- Calyrex-S can use Psychic to 2HKO Iron Hands and is immune to Iron Hands's Fighting-type STAB. Lunala with Electric Seed takes little damage from Iron Hands's Wild Charge and can KO Iron Hands with Moonblast. (lunala doesn't straight up OHKO Iron Hands? i would remove KO for heavy damage)
- Iron Hands is often used on Miraidon teams to activate as Miraidon's Electric Terrain activates Iron Hands's Quark Drive, boost the power of Wild Charge and stops Spore from Amoonguss. Iron Hands, in return, uses Fake Out to allow Miraidon to safely attack (it's also important to note that Miriadon, with Draco Meteor, is able to OHKO Landorus and heavily threaten other issues for Iron Hands like Lunala and Amoonguss). Iron Hands also needs Farigiraf or Calyrex-I to cover it's weaknesses and set Trick Room against faster teams. (what weaknesses? if you plan to heavily expand on this, this can be a separate bullet.)
- Volcarona and Grimmsnarl can cover Iron Hands Fairy and Psychic weaknesses and provide useful damage mitigation through Flame Body, Struggle Bug and screens. (these two don't threaten fairies? i would just talk about damage mitigation and how volcarona threatens amoonguss and grimmsnarl threatens CSR with foul play and spirit break)

Tera Water gives Iron Hands important resistances to Ice-, Water-, and Fire-type attacks and Water-type attacks, letting it Iron Hands take Glacial Lance from Calyrex-I, Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R, Water Spout from Kyogre, (AC) and Flare Blitz from Koraidon more comfortably.

Teambuilding
=========
- Ursaluna is a tough matchup for Iron Hands, as they share the same Speed, (AC) and it Ursaluna can OHKO Iron Hands with Headlong Rush (RC). (AP) Ursaluna can also Terastallize into a Ghost-type to become immune to Iron Hands's Fake Out, Drain Punch, (AC) and Low Kick. Iron Hands also struggles to hit Amoonguss with any of it's its moves, letting Amoonguss easily redirecting redirect its attacks and putting Iron Hands put it to sleep with Spore. Landorus is immune to Wild Charge, (AC) and resists Drain Punch and Low Kick, (AC) and can 2HKO Iron Hands with Earth Power or Sandsear Storm.
- Calyrex-S can use Psychic to 2HKO Iron Hands and is immune to Iron Hands's Fighting-type STAB moves. Lunala with Electric Seed and Shadow Shield takes little damage from Iron Hands's Wild Charge and can deal heavy damage to Iron Hands it with Moonblast.
- Iron Hands is often used on Miraidon teams, (AC) as Miraidon can OHKO Landorus with Draco Meteor and threaten other threats for Iron Hands (like, might be good to give some examples). (AP) and Miraidon's Electric Terrain activates Iron Hands's Quark Drive, boosts the power of Wild Charge, (AC) and stops Spore from Amoonguss. Iron Hands In return, in return (RC) Iron Hands uses Fake Out to allow Miraidon to safely attack. Iron Hands also appreciates Farigiraf and Calyrex-I's ability to cover Psychic- and Ground-types, respectively, while also setting and set Trick Room to aid Iron Hands when against slower teams (slower or faster?).
- Volcarona and Grimmsnarl can threaten Psychic-types with Struggle Bug and Foul Play while providing useful damage mitigation through Flame Body and dual screens.
