Average Sandstorm~

First of all I'd Like to say :jump: ...Anyways.
My Friends all picked one Weather to use and I picked Sand so it started like this.
Starting Out

Tyraniter - Mixtar Set
Magnezone - Magnet Pull
Reuniclus - Calm Mind
Landorus - Life Orb
Excadrill - Life Orb
Ferrothorn - Leftovers

I ran that for a good two seconds and made so many switches, the team runs differently now. Here is the current rundown of my team.
Where I am Now

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
[Ev's] HP:252/Atk:142/SpD:116
[Moveset]
Earthquake
Fire Punch
Toxic
Crunch
Comments and Concerns-
He Feels like such a utility rather than a fighter. I'd prefer bulk in case of a Weather War. Toxic on a Politoed is pure justice. At first he was a MixTar set but I messed with his Ev's and ended up with this nice set. Fire Blast hit's Annoying steel's such as Ferrothorn and Brozong. I hate these two, Seriously.

Latios @ Choice Specs
Nature: Timid
[Ev's] SpA:252/Spe:252/SpD:4
[Moveset]
Draco Meteor
Hidden Power: Fire
Thunder
Surf
Comments and Concerns-
Pretty Average Choice Specs setup, He Replaced Magnezone because it just wasn't pulling it's weight around. The Thunder and Surf are in case I face Rain, and Hidden Power Fire is for Sun and Steel. Latios's speed is so well at disarming the common Garchomp and occasional Haxorus. It's a stand-off at speed with another Latios honestly. Total Glass Cannon, which makes me want to replace him but for now he stays.

Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
Nature: Jolly
[Ev's] Atk:252/Def:10/Spe:248
[Moveset]
Earthquake
Swords Dance
Rock Slide
X-Scissor
Comments and Concerns-
There is no reason for Excadrill to not be on any Sandstorm team. His ability let's him outspeed the so much it's almost broken. Yet he is such a glass cannon I am almost afraid to use his setup style. After at least 2 swords dances, X-Scissor and Earthquake become so powerful. Exca is also a good revenge killer.

[No Pic Sorry]

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
[Ev's] Hp:108/Def:200/SpD:200
[Moveset]
Spikes
Thunder Wave
Leech Seed
Power Whip
Comments and Concerns-
I chose to balance his SpD and Def evenly instead of a total Hp investment. I know Power Whip looks useless due to no Attack Ev's but Taunt really ruins things. Thunder Wave is so useful there is no way I'd switch that move out. He switches into anything that isn't Fire/Fighting and survives so many hits. My Wall type pokemon for the team.

Landorus @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Power
Nature: Adamant
[Ev's] Atk:252/SpD:4/Spe:252
[Moveset]
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Outrage
Hidden Power: Ice
Comments and Concerns-
He is seriously a star revenge killer for me. Outrage revenge kills dragon's without a problem. HP Ice to hit Gliscor and Stone Edge to hit other things.
His ability really boosts Earthquake which already has Stab. I have an odd preference for him over Excadrill in sandstorm. Hmm...Jolly is the other Nature I could use. I'll test the two.

Reuniclus @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Magic Guard
[Ev's] Hp:158/Def:252/SpD:100
[Moveset]
PsyShock
Shadow Ball
Calm Mind
Recover
Comments and Concerns-
Too begin with, he doesn't sport the same weaknesses as the rest of my team. Which is a +. Focus Blast's Accuracy bothers me so Shadow Ball was an Alternative. Once 3 Calm Mind's are up he is almost unkillable with Recover. Then Psyshock his people who expect Physic. Which Means OHKO!!

Pro's-
Offensive Team, Which was my plan.

Con's-

Two Sandstorm "Abusing" Pokemon are total Glass Cannons.
Dealing With Sun and Rain is a problem. Can't kill steels easily.
Brozong.

The End~
Hope you guys can help me out, Thanks :jump:

This is a pretty normal sand team with only a few problems.
Tyranitar has a weird set, but if you like it go for it. The only change I would recommend is to move the SDef Ev's over to defense because they are more needed there due to Sandstorm boosting his special Defense 50 %.
Latios is your typical Choice Specs other than one thing, Thunder. Thunder is horrible on this set because its accuracy, which is bad at 70%, gets reduced by sandstorm to 30%. That means it has only a little better accuracy than OHKO moves at that point which is bad, so I would just make the simple change from Thunder to Thunderbolt which has better accuracy.
Excadrill is fine.
Ferrothorn is fine other than I would move some of the EV's to max out HP which gives you more balance on all sides of the attack spectrum rather than spreading them out.
For Landorus, Outrage is really not that good on him. Basically anything you are trying to take out can be covered by HP Ice, so I would recommend either putting U-Turn for scouting purposes or putting Hammer Arm to have more power.
For Reuniclus, I would really run Psychic over Psyshock since all but one of your team members other than him focus on the physical spectrum, but that is just me. The only other thing is that you want max HP EV's to once again, infact most of the time you want spare Ev's going into HP not something else (see Excadrill, Landorus, and Latios).
Good Luck

On Tyranitar, you mean Fire Blast and not Fire Punch right? Also, I think Stealth Rock will do more than toxic, as this team is rather offensive; the extra damage will help.

My personal preferences on Ferrothorn are these: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef Sassy nature. The maxed HP gives it more defensive ability. Since not much of this team needs paralysis support, I would use Protect instead. This combined with leech seed provides very good passive recovery, while wearing down the opponent. I usually use Gyro Ball to break subs, but Power whip works too.

252 HP / 252 Def Bold Reuniclus is probably the best spread for Calm Mind, as the boost in SDef means you needn't invest so much.

Well...

Thanks for the ideas guys :D
My Tyranitar is physical so FB is pointless, Physic sounds better on Renu, Latios has Thunder in case I'm facing a rain team.
Thanks for a bunch for the help, If More improvement is needed I'll ask around :D
