Hello everyone, welcome to the inaugural Apex Premier League! AXPL is an A Place to Hangout discord server-based event. It is a team tournament with unique formats. Teams are formed through an auction where the chosen captains of each team buy the registered players that they desire. First, there will be a round robin between the eight teams for seven weeks to qualify for the playoffs, where the top four teams battle to determine who will be tournament's champion. This tournament is part of the APTH Circuit!

Ban for Ban Random Battle: Fragments vs Novax - Feels relatively easy to explain, fragments is the better player.
Auction: s7a vs Paxerion - imo s7a better player but tbh i don't know
Limit Break: SOM/05 vs Dorron - Dorron is proved to be good at this type of tier
Same Solo: bloccked vs ParmesanBruh - idk, but just imo bloccked was a solid underrrated player going into AXPL, unfortunate we didn't get bloccked, but believe they will pull of the win. Also, bloccked has Lechen support.
Same SolOM: Mcthelegit vs Xiangjiao - Not much here, but I think Lechen will make the difference in the match.
Same Duo: LuBiStar20 vs M0onStarr - Now I'm not sure why M0onStarr is in Same Duo over Celestia, but maybe Flodsire and ihbst know something I don't. If M0onStarr doesn't win this, I feel like it was a mistake putting them in over Celestia in Duo.
Same Six: Lechen vs Celestia74 - Lechen is probably the better singles player, and also the better 6v6 builder
Doubles Same Six: Opelucid vs ihbst - Opelucid is a doubles player, ihbst isn't. Is it even a competition?

Just wanna add that the Randbats community is extremely welcoming to anyone who wants to play randomized formats on PS, whether for fun or in tournaments, and less to people that go around bragging about being drafted in a tournament where they only stopped warming the bench to lose.
