Back after awhile with a new team! Please Rate!

It has been awhile since I played Pokemon; however, that does not mean I've forgotten everything about it! My "comeback" team is a Mono Grass Team. Seriously. I know what you are thinking, but take a look at it and tell me what you think:

Venusuar @ Black Sludge[/FONT]
+Def - Attk (128 Sp. Attk/128 Def/96 Sp. Def/158 HP)
Energy Ball
Sludge Bomb
Sleep Powder
Leech Seed

My 1st choice grass type. His typing is above average, he can start, and can take hits well enough to Sleep Seed. I'm decent at predicting, and knowing what will come next will appeal to his survivability

Torterra @ Choice Band
Attk -Sp.Attk (252 Attk/ 252 Def/ 6HP)
Earthquake
Wood Hammer/Seed Bomb
Crunch
Stone Edge

Representation from the 4th Gen here! I have stayed away from CBers for the longest... but if I am going to try one out, Torterra is the one use it with. Doesn't like ice, but that's with all grasses (except my Ludi).

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
+Sp. -Sp. Attk (252 Attk/252 Sp/6 HP)
Spore
Focus Punch
Seed Bomb
Mach Punch

I have seriously always wanted to use this. I went with Mach Punch over Leech Seed because Breloom will be more towards kills than set ups... plus revenge killing is fun, and will beat the odd weavile going for the ice punch.

Ludicolo @ Wise Glasses
+Def –Attk (128 Def/ 128 HP/ 252 Sp. Attk)
Surf
Ice Beam
Substitute
Leech Seed

A more tanky role like Venusaur here. He covers basic grass weaknesses well, while being able to switch in and lash out to more typical problems (Ex. Dragons)

Cradily @ Leftovers
+Sp. Def -Attk (252 Sp. Def/ 252 Def/ 6 HP)
Stealth Rock
Recover
Rock Slide
Mirror Coat

Special Wall here. This has always been my favorite wall. I like this better than Blissey. It can take hits, set up Stealth Rocks, and correct prediction = pain. Of course that will probably only work once, but that will be good.

Sceptile @ Muscle Belt
+ Sp -Sp. Attk (252 Attk/ 252 Sp/ 6 HP)
Dragon Claw
Leaf Blade
Swords Dance
Aerial Ace/X-scissor

Speed is key here. I really would have to switch him in at a key moment to really SD, but I would only need one. Without the SD, he is still fast enough to put a dent in most things. I can't decide between AA and X scissor...

Roserade @ Choice Glasses
+Sp. -Attk (252 Sp. Attk/ 252 Sp/6 HP)
Extrasensory
Shadow Ball
Leaf Storm
*Another Special Move!

I do not know what to do with this last move (or even if I should use Roserade). I do know that I need a better special attacker than what Ludicolo and Venusaur have to offer. He is a little fragile, but he would only come in after the special wall is gone.

Thoughts? Fixes? Should I not try this at all? I know it's been awhile since I've played, but I've always wanted a mono grass team.

I definitely meant Focus Punch... I was looking at the Serebii listing or something. I don't know why I typed that.
Dang font tags...

Fixed.

I decided to come up with a common threat/counter list. I'm at work and no one is coming in so.... yeah:

Garchomp: Can't do much against Ludicolo. If it's stuck in outrage, Venusuar and Torterra can survive it a bit to hit back.

Blissey: Sceptile will enjoy setting up on this. SD and then "Smack my ***** up!"

Gengar: One of the main reasons I like Roserade with Extrasensory. I believe a speed oriented Roserade can compete with a Gengar as well... I think.

Gyarados: Rock moves say "Hello." Honestly, I've taken out a DD Gyrados with Cradily before... predicted switch ins can help as well.

Tyranitar: All of my poke's have something that can hit Tyranitar. Torterra runs from the Ice Beams though *shudders at 4x weakness*

Lucario: EQ is the best way to deal with this and Torterra's typing makes it less suspectible to the odd Blaze kicking Lucario.

Heatran: Ludicolo comes in and sets up. Resists Earth Power too!

Metagross: Hm... a little tougher here. If I can put it to sleep that's dealt with decently by residual damage and neutral moves. EQ is the only thing I have super effective against it though.

Salamence: Ludicolo most notably. Rock moves again say hello though.

Bronzong: Roserade dents quite nicely with Shadow Ball, otherwise, Cradily needs to come in and Mirror Coat predict a psychic.

Infernape: Not cool... Ludicolo is the only thing that can only remotely come in on this. Obvious water counter.

Swampert: Sceptile = faster and hits harder. Hopefully Sceptile's presence forces a switch which gives me a free SD.

Weavile: Breloom's Mach Punch is faster. 'Nuff said.

Skarmory: I really am not sure how to deal with this one. Ideas?

Forretress: Doesn't like my bulkier tanks much... as they can supplement thier survivability with powders and seeds. Heh sounds like drugs.

Gliscor: Ludicolo can survive an Aerial Ace from him, and OHKO back with Ice beam.

Cresselia: Roserade laughs at Charge Beams and can attack pretty handily with Shadow Ball.

Starmie: Due to its typing, Sceptile is probably the best match up. Starmie's can be fast when they are trained to be, but cannot take many hits.

Breloom: Sceptile with Aerial Ace would come in here.

Heracross: Same as Breloom... more of a threat from Megahorn though.

Togekiss: Cradily can rock slide and mirror coat special attacks back into its face... finishing off by recovering the damage away.

Celebi: Venusuar or Sceptile again. Roserade might be able to attack here, but Celebi is not likely to be 2HKO by a Shadow Ball from it.

Hippowdon: See Grass > Ground

Azelf: Torterra's crunch can help some, but Azelf are unpredictable (except for explosion).

Dusknoir: Physical walls are becoming a problem here... Roserade with Shadow Ball would at least worry Dusknoir some.

Snorlax: Breloom would punch it, and punch it hard.

Jirachi: Psychic/Steel? Torterra could EQ... that's about it.

Suicune: Harder to take down that Hippo... but Sceptile would be the most likely counter here. Especially if he has gotten in a SD.

Vaporeon: Easier to counter than Suicune, but same issue. Sceptile or Roserade could come in on it.

PorygonZ: Cradily laughs at Porygon Z. Even packing ice beam (which would be nicely Mirror Coated back).

Electivire: Torterra EQ's in a pinch.

The verdict? I am definitely seeing an overall problem with physical walls... particularly steel ones. If only there was a hawaiian (sp?) Fire/Grass Pokemon.... haha.
