Done Bad link in seasonal medal announcements

What type of bug are you reporting? Unsure

What is the bug?
At the start of a game, the following message was displayed:
> This battle is required to be public due to one or more player having a season medal.
> During the public phase, you can discuss the state of the ladder in a special chatroom.

However, neither player in the game had a medal (and the chatroom link led to nothing)

I assume this was fixed in one of the many changes Hecate did with season medals. I think the pastebin was removed here?
