Badass RMT V.2

So, with a few changes to my team, it's doing an "ok" at the moment. I'd still like reccomendations though, as it isn't one of the best in my opinion. It seems to lose to a Breloom..alot. So, I've decided to have your Rates/Criticizes for my team. It also seems to lack enough Physical sweepers, which I need suggestions upon too.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers ***Shaawty
Bold Nature
188 HP, 252 Defense, 68 Special Attack
Water Absorb
-Wish
-Toxic
-Surf
-HP Electric

Basically the standard Vaporeon. Stall's starting leads, HP Electric for Bulkydos. Wish support as well. Not too much else.
---

dpmba392.png

Infernape @ Choice Scarf ***Divine
Mild Nature
50 Attack, 252 Special Attack, 208 Speed
Blaze
-Flamethrower
-U Turn
-Close Combat
-HP Ice

This Infernape almost never let's me down. With 303 Speed, is able to outspeed most Chomps, and OHKO'ing them with HP Ice. Mixed sweeper, has done rather well.

dpmba461.png

Weavile @ Focus Sash
Jolly Nature
252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Pressure
-Ice Punch
-Night Slash
-Brick Break
-Pursuit

My next sweeper. Pretty standard Vile. Replacable with Donphan/Hippowdon.

Gengar @ Wide Lens ***Midnight
Timid Nature
252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Levitate
-Hypnosis
-Energy Ball
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast

Meh, BlissKiller. Explosion usually OHKO's any Blissey up against this Gar. Energy Ball for Perts, as my team lacks any Grass moves able to take it out. Rest is self-explained. Hasn't done too much of a good job in my opinion. Might replace..

Blissey @ Leftovers ***Epsola
Bold Nature
148 HP, 252 Defense, 104 Special Attack, 4 Speed
Natural Cure
-Softboiled
-Seismic Toss
-Aromatherapy
-Ice Beam

Regular Bliss. Self-explanatory. Reccomendations to changes?

Starmie @ Choice Specs ***Poseidon
Timid Nature
252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Natural Cure
-Rapid Spin
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Thunderbolt

My Rapid Spinner for the game. Pretty basic.

Your Magmortar is out shadowed by Infernape, and is "Slow"
Even for Special Attacking.

Your team has enough special sweeping skills, but is walled by a tank.
Add Someone like Gallade with 252 Atk/ Spd / 6 HP
or Weavile, standard

I dont know why I didnt post it....

I got this gallade from someone on this website, and it's EXTREAMLY good.

Moveset:
252 Atk/252 Spd/ 6 HP

Ice Punch (Move tutor in Advanced as a Ralts)
Night Slash
Psycho Cut (Egg Move)
Close Combat

And for Weavile:

Moveset:
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP(or Special Defense)

Ice Punch
Night Slash
Brick Break
Pursuit/Ice Shard / Aerial Ace

Hm, I'll probaly add a Weavile and/or Gallade to my team.

Possibly Gallade Adamant, and Weavile Jolly?

Any other reccos.

Yes, use those natures.

When you add those two, try it out in the Battle tower to see how it fair. Then post back how it fairs

imo i prefer Destiny Bond or Hypnosis in Gengar Instead of Explosion, if you use Explosion, Mean Look in your Gengar sevai be very legal to use.
And Weavile in your team imo.
Well, i'm newbie, but is my opinion, your team is good and so hard to counter, and need a physical sweeper, Weavile in your team will cause much damage.

Fix your vaporeon EVs. Defence is repeated twice.
Other than that, Your team looks pretty solid countering most OUs and good coverage overall.

Your team seems to be lacking members with physical bulk (Vappy works against Gyara but doesn't cut it against heavier hitters), and you don't have a single rock resist. I could really see things like TTar and Rhyperior doing a number on your team since you don't have anything that can take their hits effectively. Heracross also poses a pretty big threat even though it can be revenge'd by Infernape. I'd strongly consider putting a really bulky pokemon like Hippowdon or Donphan on your team over Magmortar.

Also, you're using something that acts as an anti-bliss surprise, but both your special attackers are already capable of KOing Bliss. I'd stick with something that can take advantage of her absence better, like Azelf.

yeah i'm not big on the magmortar either. too much like ape. i would throw in a dragon for magmortar. any standard set that doesn't have a choice item would fair well imo.

Try a Double-Status Gallade with CC/Psycho Cut/Hypnosis/Will-O-Wisp, works very well.

Yes, your team lacks phys. sweeping. Mamoswine is such a great pokemon, with the most effective attack duo on the game : ice + ground coupled with 80 base speed and 130 base attack its defietely over looked and quite powerful.

May i suggest :

dpmfa473.png

Mamoswine @ choice band
{adamant}
evs: 252 attack / 232 speed / 24 hp
- Earthquake
- Stone edge
- Ice shard
- stealth rock / ice fang - stealth rock if you want leftovers or life orb.

Vaporeon takes his water weak, infernape his fire and gengar his fighting a useful pokemon indeed. Ice fang with CB. Enough speed to outpace any modest heatran.

Instead of magmortar, who has the almost exact same moveset as infernape and isnt dong much for this team.

i don't believe someone beat me to it :O. i agree 100% that ice and earth is the most fearful combo in the metagame though. as for the moveset, ice shard and EQ are compulsory. the rest doesn't matter too much. stone edge only covers two more types but i guess that's enough. i have avalanche in the last slot. it's only 5 less attack than ice fang but it has the potential to do huge damage. CB mamo doesn't bump heads with pokemon head on very often, because it's usually them switching to a counter and then you switching out. however, 5 atk is nothing so you might as well go for it.

So Mamo is a maybe?

Avalance over Ice Shard as it does more damage when CBed, and really no point to an attacking move like that.

But would Weavile fit this situation better? I'm probaly more in dire need of Speed for it.

yeah mamo's a maybe. ice shard stays regardless. don't take that move out, you can take out avalanche but not ice shard. not that you have much else to choose from anyways with mamo's moveset. btw you are NOT in dire need for speed! you need more bulk with all those smaller sweepers.

You have nothing to counter electric types, and 2 things that are weak to it. If an strong electric could set up on the team it could potentially sweep. I recommend a dugtrio in for your weavile. Hippowdown would work too.

If your opponent gets something like TTar or Rhyperior in, there isn't a pokemon you can switch in that doesn't risk taking a huge amount of damage from just one of it's attacks. Beating it with prediction is one thing and is a workable option, but your team is in serious trouble if it just uses Stone Edge. You'll just have to sacrifice something and scare it off with Infernape/Weavile.

As for the other thing...there's less of a point in carrying a Blissey-killer if your two main special attackers can already beat Blissey on their own.
You took out Magmortar and Explosion on Gengar so this really isn't important anymore, though.
