ORAS OU Balance Stall

Hey friends :)
Today the team you'll be reading on is something I like to call
"Balance Stall"
Basically it's a team full of switch-in's for almost any scenario that can either return hits or cause disruption to my opponent.
Without further ado, let me introduce you to the team!

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 224 HP / 48 Def / 216 SpD / 20 Spe
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Protect
- Toxic

I've really taken a liking to this mon. It provides me an easy switch in to Greninja, and it's utility is nice as well. The spread helps me to outspeed other mons that try to outspeed Adamant Bisharp. It's all about being 1 step ahead, and this is how I plan to do so. I also needed a mon that could Rapid Spin in a pinch, so that's another plus.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 248 HP / 104 Def / 156 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Substitute
- Protect

This Gliscor is pretty much what I like to use in terms of toxic stall Gliscor. Sometimes I wish I ran Knock Off, but I do enjoy Gliscor quite a lot. He can stall so well, and the sometimes infinite loop of Protects + Subs is a perfect asset to my team, and he also checks Lando-T, Scarf Keldeo's that use Secret Sword on Heatran ( I usually pivot into Tentacruel first ), and a few others.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 212 Def / 48 Spe
Bold Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Pain Split

This guy helps so much. As another answer to Talon and enough speed to outspeed max speed Magnezone's that don't have Scarf, I very much like this. It's the standard set, but it always gets the job done. It's a switch in to some physical attackers and forces other mons out. Because my team has a bit of a Mega-Metagross weakness, I chose this.

Chesnaught @ Leftovers
Ability: Bulletproof
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Drain Punch
- Leech Seed
- Spikes
- Spiky Shield

This guy puts in work. A great Pivot to Landorus-T when Gliscor is weakened, and a pivot to grass types that the first half of my team doesn't do to stellar against, his ability to tank physical hits really shines here. He also sets up hazards necessary for my Gardevoir to OHKO Mega-Zam, which is otherwise a problem for my team, depending on the set.

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 184 HP / 92 SpA / 232 SpD
Calm Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Wish
- Protect
- Psyshock

Just enough SpA so that it has a decently high chance of OHKOing Mega-Zam after 1 Layer of Spikes, and the rest distributed so that after Mega-Evolving it has 400 Sp.Def, and with the HP investments allow me to take hits very well. It's also an answer to Dragons and fills the role of Healing her allies through Wish. She is also a very nice poke to dispatch opposing Sableyes.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 228 SpD / 32 Spe
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Flash Cannon
- Stealth Rock
- Protect

Finally, I needed a pokemon that could take on Bulky Zard X and Mega-Manectric+ others. He resists fairy types as well as sets up rocks for my team, which they greatly appreciate, only being able to whittle other teams down by themselves. I chose Flash Cannon over Earth Power so that I could hit Air Baloon Heatran on the switch and then Gliscor could cover from there.

That is all for the team right now. Any suggestions / constructive criticism is welcome :)

Hey G00NY, welcome to Smogon! Cool team you have here.

I noticed your team revolves heavily around collecting residual damage on your opponent. For this reason, I think that putting Toxic Spikes on Tentacruel would be very useful. This works well with your team considering many of your mons carry protect. Also, I must recommend Acid Spray on Tenta to help you more easily beat Calm Minding threats like Clefable and Mega Slowbro. It is a very useful attacking move that you will learn to love.

Another thing I noticed was that you have no way to rid your team of status. You already have a cleric in Mega Gardevoir, so I will recommend putting Heal Bell on her. Psyshock is kind of unnecessary on cleric Garde.

Another unnecessary move you have on your team is Flash Cannon on Heatran. If you want to keep another attacking move on it, I would suggest Earth Power as your team doesn't have much trouble with offensive Heatran, but overall I think replacing Flash Cannon with Toxic would add more synergy to your team.

Another nitpick with Heatran, a specially defensive set is much more practical than a physically defensive set.

Overall this is a pretty cool balanced stall team. Nice job :) Set changes I have recommended can be found below.

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 184 HP / 92 SpA / 232 SpD
Calm Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 224 HP / 48 Def / 216 SpD / 20 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Acid Spray
- Toxic Spikes

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Lava Plume
- Flash Cannon
- Stealth Rock
- Protect

Also, putting 0 Attack IVs on your special attackers might be a habit you want to fall into. This allows you to take less damage from confusion hits and Foul Play.
