ORAS UU balanced, first uu team

Hello, im a relatively new competitive battler and have been playing OU mostly, after getting bored of battling the same pokemon over and over again I decided to give UU a go, and I have to say I'm having much more fun than i was with OU.
So heres my team, I welcome any advice from anyone.

Swampert-Mega @ Swampertite
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rain Dance
- Power-Up Punch
- Waterfall
- Earthquake

I picked mega swampert to build this team around, and due to its water ground type, its only weakness is grass, this means its able to take hits and dish out damage.
Swamperts role is a fast wallbreaker due to swift swim and rain dance. With its amazing attack and double speed it is easily able to cause a huge problem to the opposing team, it can set up with power up punch and therefore smash holes in a defensive core.
rain dance is used to make full use of the swift swim ability, causing swampert to outspeed almost everything in the UU tier, power punch to set up and earthquake and waterfall as powerful stab moves.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Volt Switch

I picked forretress and florges together to have great synergy with one another, and also because of its great defense stat and resistances.
Forretress is used as a defensive wall and hazard setter/spinner and its primary role is to set up as many hazards as possible to cause loads of damage to opponents on switch in, i did consider gyro ball instead of spikes, however i felt it was more useful with spikes since its not meant to deal direct attacks.
rapid spin to remove hazards, rocks and spikes to set up hazards and slow volt switch to gain momentum.

Florges (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aromatherapy
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Synthesis

i picked florges because it balanced out weaknesses in my team, and also because it has great special defence suited to the role i needed it to carry out.
floors acted as a support/special wall, its role is to tank special hits and set up with calm mind, and also to heal status conditions on my team.
aromatherapy was vital since a burn on my attackers would cripple them greatly, calm mind is used to set up vs special attackers and walls, moon blast is used as a powerful stab attack and synthesis to heal.

Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 8 HP / 248 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Dragon Pulse
- Sludge Wave
- Flamethrower

I used Goodra in my OU RMT so its here for the same reasons which i have copied below.
Goodra is a pokemon i bring to the majourity of my games and is my absolute favourite to use in competitive play, with its rediculously high special defence combined with assault vest it allows me to take powerful special attacks like they are nothing and deal out an even harder hit, while sap sipper provides an excellent switch for grass type attacks, it also has an excellent movepool which gives excellent type coverage.
I use goodra as a bulky special attacker to cause problems for other special attackers, this causes them to be forced to switch and allows me to predict easily by using the great variety of attacking moves, putting the opponent at a disadvantage.
Sludge bomb is needed to counter fairy types, i use dragon pulse as a stab attack over draco meteor to avoid a special attack drop and allows me to continue attacking, flamethrower and thunderbolt for type coverage.

Arcanine @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Extreme Speed
- Wild Charge
- Crunch

With fortress weak to fire, i decided to use arcane to further balance my teams resistances, and it was the perfect fit for this role, i needed a physical attacker who could deal out as much damage as possible.
arcanine was used and a physical sweeper making full use of extra life orb damage, its mainly used to counter stallers such as forretress, while being an excellent revenge killer too with e-speed.
flare blitz to deal out huge stab damage against anything that comes in, e-speed for priority revenge kills, wild charge for huge damage against water and flying types such as aerodactyl, crunch for type coverage.

Swellow @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Facade
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Quick Attack

Now i know this is surprise and you may be wondering why I'm using an NU pokemon in a UU team, but swellow does not get the praise it truly deserves, swellow is a great revenge killer and late game sweeper, i picked it mainly because of its speed and ability to carry out the role i needed it to, it has won me the majority of my games since its very unexpected and guts boosted facade and brave bird do incredible damage.
So as i said i use it as a revenge killer and late game sweeper, with priority quick attack for an easy kill on a pokemon on low health.
facade has 140 base power with toxic orb and guts, making it a great move to use with no added recoil, brave bird for a huge guts boosted stab attack, u-turn is used to gain momentum after revenge killing and quick attack for priority.

So there it is, like i said please leave advice on how to make this team better, I've managed to get into the top 500 in the ladder but i would like to climb higher than that.

hey man, that's a pretty solid looking team. my first suggestion is to replace swellow with crobat. id recommend choice band crobat, with max speed and attack. I like brave bird/cross poison/uturn/pursuit. crobat brings similar speed and power, while it can also bluff the more common utility/sky plate sets early to mid game.

secondly, I'm gonna recommend you change your arcanine to a bulky physical def set with willowisp/flare blitz/espeed/morning sun. this is a more reliable physical wall than forretress which both has recovery and can actually do something back to physical attackers. guts conk can cause problem but it's easily worn down. I'd recommend a set of 248 hp/ 186 def/ 64 speed. this hits a lefties number (btw run lefties>LO) and outspeeds adamant honchkrow, letting you burn it/ flare blitz it to death.

your team looks really solid overall, and it makes surprsingly good use of florges, a mon usually outclassed by sylv. feel free ignore my suggestions, it's obviously been successful as is haha.

thanks so much for the suggestions, ill definitely change that arcanine set, i just feel swellow is better for this team since it gets higher attack than crobat after a guts boost along with facade gives it so much power, and the only UU pokemon that outspeed it are crobat, m-beedrill and m-aerodactyl and swampert utterly destroys all those pokemon so i feel that isn't a problem (saying that i could run ice punch swampert to deal with all of those), but ill try out crobat instead just to see how it does instead. Again thank you, your advice is really appreciated.

to add i know crobat has higher attack when banded but that locks me into a move and swellows role is a late game sweeper, so i feel it needs to be able to use a variety of moves in order to clean up
