Balanced Hail Team - TheSpeedyShaymin

Team Building Process
First off, I knew I was going to need a hail starter so of course, I went with Abomasnow. I had a few options on whether I wanted it to be offensive or defensive, and eventually went with the Subseed set because I knew what offensive Pokemon I would want and I didn't want Abomasnow to be one of them.
460.gif

Next I knew I wanted to use Rotom-F as a special attacker, as it's typing offers amazing dual-stabs and coupled with it's offensive capabilities I knew it was going to be a great part of my team.
460.gif
479-f.gif

Now I needed a physical attacker to take out special walls such as Chansey. Preferably a choice attacker, like Mamoswine. Mamoswine is a great threat in UU, especially in hail.
460.gif
479-f.gif
473.gif

Next I wanted a Spiker of some sort. I wanted it to be able to work with hail as well, which is why I went with Froslass.

478.gif

Next I wanted a special wall to make up for some of my weaknesses, therefore, as the obvious choice, I went with Chansey :D. And with Froslass' fighting immunity it made quite a pair.

Now I needed a good match for Chansey, a physical wall with a resistance to fighting. Slowbro! Not only that, but he had a resistance to fire so it worked out perfectly.

Eventually I realized Froslass was just becoming death fodder again and again - and was only able to get up one layer of spikes. I finally made a ton of changes with my team.
First off, I replaced Froslass with Deoxys-D as he could fill in the spikes gap AND be an awesome physical wall.

Next I realized that I was now weak to fire once again, not only that but I needed a sort of middle-line of special and physical defense to complete the core, and so I went with one of the awesomest things in the UU Metagame, a bulky water. Milotic!

But my team was still not perfect, it still had some kinks in it that needed fixing, and therefore I asked for help here. Soon enough, Cap'n Dragan came to my team's rescue and helped it even further, he helped me realize that my team needed more offensive prowess, and that's where these changes came from. I needed more than just a fire resist, I needed something that could literally absorb the fire and use it to his advantage: Arcanine. I replaced Chansey with Arcanine because Chansey was becoming just dead weight with Milotic around. So I changed Mamoswine to a choice scarf set (Again, thanks Cap'n Dragan!) and made Arcanine a choice bander.

Yet, my team was still not as good as it could be. My team was wrecked by Stealth Rocks and no way to get rid of them, therefore I replaced Deoxys-D with Hitmontop.

Although Hitmontop was just there to get rid of Stealth Rocks then die. He really didn't have any value other than Rapid Spin which was bringing my team down. So I overhauled my defenses, and replaced Hitmontop with Cryogenal, and Milotic with Suicune. This created an almost unbreakable core and also allowed my core to be able to DO things, such as Rapid Spin, blizzspam, and actually kill stuff.

Abomasnow (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Blizzard
- Protect
Abomasnow is of course my hail starter, standard SubSeed Smogon set. I love this thing, it can restore HP so easily and cause rage quits like no tomorrow, and it almost always gets at least 1 kill with Blizzard, because people don't expect Abomasnow to be such a 'threat'. Pretty basic stuff here though.

479-f.gif

Rotom-F @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Blizzard
- Thunderbolt
- Substitute
- Pain Split
Rotom-F is almost always the MVP of my team. It outspeeds everything except scarfers and can KO almost everything with it's stabbed, unresisted coverage. It's able to easily cause switches and use substitute, then continue to rape everything. As it's HP gets lower and lower, SURPRISE! Pain split comes out of no where and I'm back up to full health as you're lower in HP. This also helps me deal with Chansey, which would otherwise wall me.

473.gif

Mamoswine (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Snow Cloak
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Crash
Soon after, I was given the suggestion to use a Choice Scarf Mamoswine instead of Choice Band. I was skeptical at first but after trying it I found it really helped my team out a lot. It outspeeds things that Rotom can't and revenge kills things easier. As well as still hitting like a truck. Earthquake and Ice Shard are my main attacks, a powerful STAB and a STABBED priority move with great coverage.

Previous Mamoswine set:
473.gif

Mamoswine (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Crash
Standard Mamoswine here, I wanted a Choice attacker but I'm wondering if I should make it a life orb attacker. It KOes tons of things that Rotom can't, such as Chansey and other special walls. It is also a very good attacker in hail, not much else to say except that Mamoswine is awesome.

059.gif

Arcanine (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Flare Blitz
- Close Combat
- Wild Charge
- ExtremeSpeed
My team needed more offensive prowess, rather than solely relying on my core to absorb hits and slowly kill off the opponents. I also needed more than just a fire resist, I needed something that could actually absorb the fire and use it to his advantage, which is where Arcanine came from. Arcanine can destroy opponents EASILY, with Jolly and Choice band Arcanine is fast enough to sweep yet has enough power to wreck the entire opponent's team. Flare Blitz uses Flash Fire boost to it's advantage, Close Combat rapes Chansey, Wild Charge kills bulky waters and ExtremeSpeed is there for extra revenge killing ability.

Previous Chansey Set:
113.gif

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 76 HP / 252 Def / 180 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Seismic Toss
- Stealth Rock
Same old Chansey, takes hits like a boss and can sponge any special attack you throw at it. It provides tons of much needed Wish support as well as sets up rocks, which is also a big help. I love Chansey even though I hate facing it :P.

615.gif

Cryogonal @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 36 SpA / 252 SDef / 220 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Blizzard
- Rapid Spin
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Recover
Cryogonal is an amazing addition to my team. Replacing Deoxys-D with it was a great decision and I think with the addition of Suicune it has created an even better core than Deoxys-D/Milotic. Cryogonal can take as many special hits as you throw at it, as well as rapid spin and blizzspam. Hidden Power Fire provides great coverage and makes it an even more threatening attacker. Recover is the best part about this set because it makes Cryogonal impossible to kill by special attacks, as it can just heal off any damage it might take.

Previous Deoxys-D Set:
386_d.gif

Deoxys-D @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Night Shade
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Recover
Deoxys-D is a great part of my team, supporting not Milotic, but the rest of my team, setting up Spikes and sponging physical hits easily. Night shade breaks subs and does decent damage. Most people, for whatever reason, don't expect Taunt and I'm able to snag it with that. Recover is always awesome on walls.

245.gif

Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Roar
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
Suicune completes my defensive core with Cryogonal. I usually want reliable recovery on walls, but Rest/Sleep Talk works wonders on Suicune, as it's able to take many physical hits with ease then surprise the opponent when I rest off the damage/status completely. Nothing, and I mean nothing can kill this beast. Scald does decent damage and threatens a burn on physical attackers. Roar wrecks the opponent that tries to set up, but I feel it would be more helpful with hazard support. Sleep Talk allows Suicune to not be completely dead while asleep, and that is why Suicune is such a beast.

Previous Milotic Set:
350.gif

Milotic (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Toxic
I like to ALWAYS have reliable recovery on walls, which is why this core is nearly unbeatable. Milotic will not be OHKOed by anything, except for maybe my Rotom's thunderbolt :P. It's the glue that holds together my defensive core, and provides not only a fire resistance but well-needed toxic status. Milotic is amazing.

Threat List:
460.png
-Abomasnow - Really not a problem considering my team is a hail team
142.png
-Aerodactyl - Deoxys-D and Milotic can take it's hits easily, Milotic can threaten stab water and Rotom can KO it.
065.png
-Alakazam - With Chansey gone, Alakazam can sometimes be a problem. Deoxys can taunt it and take it's NVE or non-stabbed attacks, while Milotic can absorb special attacks easily. Mamoswine can come in on a thunderbolt and KO with Ice shard while Arcanine can come in on a Calm Mind and KO with ExtremeSpeed.
424.png
-Ambipom - Deoxys and Milotic can take its hits and set up spikes/toxic it respectively, Rotom can KO it.
059.png
-Arcanine - Milotic can take it's STAB attacks all day, but Deoxys can wall it otherwise. Might become a problem if Milotic dies somehow but Rotom can usually outspeed and KO it.
482.png
-Azelf - Now that Chansey is gone, it might be able to do some damage to my team. Milotic can take it's hits unless it throws a thunderbolt my way, with which Mamoswine or Rotom can absorb and throw an attack back. If it's Choiced in some way it's not as big of a problem, but if it's LO then I can usually LO stall it with priority.
184.png
-Azumarill - Not a problem whatsoever, Deoxys walls it, Rotom KOes it, and Milotic also walls it.
625.png
-Bisharp - Deoxys can wall it for the most part except for dark attacks, and can also taunt it to stop it from setting up swords. Milotic can wall it and threaten it with Scald, Rotom KOes it.
251.png
-Celebi - Deoxys Walls it and stops it from setting up, Rotom Can KO it, and Mamo can KO it as well.
006.png
-Charizard - Now that I don't have SR support on my team, I rely on Rotom to outspeed and KO it. Arcanine might also be able to outspeed it and KO it with Wild Charge, and Arcanine can also absorb fire attacks with Flash Fire and cause it to switch out. Mamo can outspeed it (unless it's scarfed) and KO it with stone edge.
638.png
-Cobalion - Not a problem, Rotom can 1-2HKO it and Deoxys walls it. Mamo also threatens it with STAB EQ. Milotic also walls it.
169.png
-Crobat - SR severely hurts it and Rotom can KO it, Abomasnow can go for Blizzard on a predicted taunt, Mamo can KO it easily, and Milotic can wall it.
232.png
-Donphan - Rotom KOes it, Mamo can do some severe damage to it, and Deoxys can set up on it as well as wall it to hell. Milotic walls and threatens it with STAB Scald.
051.png
-Dugtrio - Deoxys walls it and can set up on it, Milotic walls it and threatens it, Mamo can KO it with Ice Shard, Rotom can also KO it and Sucker Punch won't KO me.
632.png
-Durant - Might become a problem because Deoxys can't wall it - Milotic can take it down unless it's already set up, Rotom can KO it though and is usually what I use, but hopefully I won't have to deathfodder anything to do it.
604.png
-Eelektross - Mamoswine can somewhat threaten it unless it's set up coils or has a fire attack, Rotom can probably KO it with blizzard.
466.png
-Electivire - Deoxys can wall it's physical attackers, Abomasnow can stall it out, Rotom can KO it with Blizzard, Mamo can KO it with EQ.
500.png
-Emboar - Mamo can KO it with EQ, Rotom can probably KO it with Thunderbolt, Milotic walls it's stab attacks, and Deoxys does too.
589.png
-Escavalier - Milotic can wall it and threaten with Scald, Rotom can KO it.
330.png
-Flygon - Not a problem at all, Deoxys and Milotic wall it, Milotic can KO it, Mamo can KO it, Abomasnow can KO it, and Rotom can KO it.
475.png
-Gallade - Deoxys walls it completely and can taunt it, Milotic can wall it unless it sets up, Rotom KOes it, Mamo can revenge it unless it got bulk ups somehow.
368.png
-Gorebyss - Deoxys can taunt it, Milotic can wall it, and Rotom and Mamo can KO it.
214.png
-Heracross - This thing can be trouble. Rotom can KO it unless it's choice scarfed, Milotic can take a couple hits, and Mamo can revenge kill it.
430.png
-Honchkrow - Rotom can KO it, Milotic can wall it, Mamo can KO it.
135.png
-Jolteon - Rotom can KO it and resists it's attacks, Mamo threatens it.
230.png
-Kingdra - Rotom KOes it, Deoxys can wall it, and Milotic walls it.
553.png
-Krookodile - Rotom KOes it, unless it's scarfed, Milotic can wall and threaten it.
473.png
-Mamoswine - Rotom Koes it, Deoxys can wall it couple hits as well.
308.png
-Medicham - Rotom KOes it, Deoxys walls it to infinity, Mamo can revenge it.
151.png
-Mew - Deoxys can Taunt it, Rotom can KO it, Mamo can revenge it, and Milotic can take it's attacks (Bar electric/grass Attacks)
429.png
-Mismagius - Milotic walls it unless it's +2 or throws a thunderbolt my way, Rotom KOes it unless it has a couple CMs up, Mamo can revenge it.
146.png
-Moltres - Rotom KOes it, and Milotic walls it, unless it's scarfed Arcanine can KO it, and Arcanine can absorb fire attacks and cause it to switch out if it IS scarfed/specs.
034.png
-Nidoking - Mamo can attempt to revenge it, Deoxys can wall it's physical attacks, Milotic will wall and threaten it, Rotom can KO it, Arcanine can absorb a flamethrower and KO it after flash fire with flare blitz.
291.png
-Ninjask - Deoxys can taunt it, it gets raped by SR, Mamo can KO/revenge it, and Rotom can KO it.
243.png
-Raikou - Mamo destroys it, and Rotom can do some serious damage unless it raises it's SpD.
464.png
-Rhyperior - Mamo can KO it out of sandstorm, same with Rotom, Milotic walls and threatens it, Deoxys can wall it except for Megahorn. Abomasnow can also KO it with Blizzard/stall it.
479.png
-Rotom-C - Mamo KOes it, Rotom KOes it, Milotic can take it's hits after it's -2 from Leaf storm.
479.png
-Rotom-H - Milotic walls it, Mamo can threaten it.
479.png
-Rotom-F - Just like mine, this thing is a beast. Abomasnow might be able to stall it - otherwise, Arcanine can KO it and Mamo can outspeed it (unless it's scarfed) and KO it.
586.png
-Sawsbuck - Deoxys walls it except for Megahorn, Abomasnow can KO it, Mamo can KO it, and Rotom can KO it.
545.png
-Scolipede - Deoxys Walls it and taunts it, Milotic can wall it, Mamo can KO it, Rotom can do serious damage to it.
319.png
-Sharpedo - Deoxys can take a waterfall or two, Rotom can KO it and Milotic walls it as well as threatens it with scald.
561.png
-Sigilyph - Cosmic power variants cower in fear at my Deoxys/Milotic combo, taunting it then walling it. Rotom can KO it and so can Mamo.
235.png
-Smeargle - Deoxys taunts it, Milotic walls it, Mamo has priority to OHKO it, Rotom can get a free sub and block spore.
143.png
-Snorlax - Deoxys taunts and walls it, Milotic can threaten a CurseLax with burn, and can take a few of it's hits, Mamo can do serious damage if it doesn't get curses up. Rotom can't do much to it sadly.
508.png
-Stoutland - In the sand I hate it, but Abomasnow can keep up the hail pretty well. Rotom and Mamo can KO it, Deoxys can wall it except for crunch. Milotic walls and threatens it.
245.png
-Suicune - Rotom can 1-2HKO it, Milotic walls it but can't do much, Arcanine can dent it with Wild Charge.
468.png
-Togekiss - Arcanine can KO it, Milotic walls it, Rotom and Mamo KO it, if Abomasnow can outspeed somehow it can also KO it.
494.png
-Victini - Milotic walls it, but it will usually pick off atleast one of my Pokes. Mamo can take it's hits and KO it back.
461.png
-Weavile - Rotom can KO it, SR rapes it and can kill it's sash, Milotic walls/threatens it.
469.png
-Yanmega - Arcanine can KO it, Milotic can take a few hits and stall it, Mamo can revenge it, Rotom can KO it unless it outspeeds me.
571.png
-Zoroark - Milotic can wall it, Mamo and Rotom can KO it.

Defensive

334.png
-Altaria - Anything can take it's hits and anything can KO it.
113.png
-Chansey - Mamo/Deoxys
036.png
-Clefable - Mamo/Deoxys/Rotom
488.png
-Cresselia - I hate this bitch. My best bet is stalling it and taunting it, otherwise I can't do jack shit.
386.png
-Deoxys-D - My own Deoxys can Taunt it, Rotom and Mamo can hit it on whatever side it's weakest with.
452.png
-Drapion - Mamo KOes it, Deoxys can taunt it but cant take dark hits,
356.png
-Dusclops - Rotom kills it, Deoxys sets up on/taunts it.
477.png
-Dusknoir - Same as Dusclops.
395.png
-Empoleon - Rotom KOs it, Mamo threatens it, Milotic walls it.
597.png
-Ferroseed - Rotom might be able to 2HKO it, Deoxys can taunt it and wall it though.
423.png
-Gastrodon - Milotic and Deoxys wall it but Deoxys dislikes poison. Milotic can Toxic it and doesn't care as much about poison due to Marvel Scale.
449.png
-Hippopotas - Deoxys walls it, can taunt it, and set up, Milotic walls and threatens it with STAB and Toxic, Mamo, Rotom, and Abomasnow can KO it, Abomasnow can come in and set up rain again,
237.png
-Hitmontop - Deoxys walls it, Rotom KOes it.
350.png
-Milotic -Milotic walls it but can't do much except poison it. Rotom is my best bet as it can 1-2HKO it, depending on Spd investment. Arcanine can KO it with Wild Charge depending on Def investment.
031.png
-Nidoqueen - Rotom KOes it, Deoxys taunts/sets up on it and Mamo kills/revenges it.
195.png
-Quagsire - Annoying as hell. Milotic can get poison on it, Deoxys can taunt/set up on it. Rotom might be able to do some damage with Blizzard.
379.png
-Registeel - Milotic walls it, Deoxys walls it, taunts it, and sets up on it, Mamo threatens it, Rotom KOes it.
407.png
-Roserade - Arcanine Arcanine Arcanine Rotom Rotom Rotom Mamo Mamo Mamo
479.png
-Rotom - Mamo can revenge it, Deoxys/Milotic walls it to hell.
080.png
-Slowbro - Milotic Milotic Milotic Rotom Rotom Rotom
197.png
-Umbreon - Rotom can do damage to it, Milotic walls it, Deoxys taunts it.
480.png
-Uxie - Deoxys Taunt, Rotom Kill, Milotic wall.
145.png
-Zapdos - Rotom Rotom Rotom Mamo Mamo Mamo Deoxys Deoxys Deoxys
So as you can see everything in the game is raped by Rotom, and almost everything is walled by my core.

For the record I know I didn't need all of these Pokemon but I felt like adding them either way. Although I did take out some Pokemon I automatically knew were not a threat at all/I never see.

Hi, a pretty awesome Hailteam you got here. For this post i won't say too much, as I don't have a lot of time, but i'll rate some more tomorrow.
Now, to start off, I would suggest you change Mamoswine's item to Choice Scarf. That's because first of all, your team is pretty slow. When you still had Froslass that wasn't a very big deal, but now you kinda need a fast and strong poke. In my opinion ScarfSwine is one of the best Revengekillers in UU. Base 130 attack stat +2 great stabs and if necessary Ice Shard makes this guy a beast.
I would also put just 4 EVs in HP and 252 in Speed, but keep the Nature Adamant, as the Scarf speeds you up anyway. You'd think a scarf instead of a band would make this guy less dangerous, but imo it's much better like this. Still (really!) hits like a truck, and is insanely fast.

Well, that's actually all for now, I quite honestly really like your team. Maybe, as you already have two great defensive pokes in your team you could go for a poke immune to Fire (flash fire hellooo) instead of milotic, also to give you some variation in moves. That's all up to you though.

Good Luck,
Cap'n

Update: I like the addition of Scarf Mamoswine as it helps out a lot with revenge killing and other scarfers/things that outspeed Rotom. I added it to my team!

Well, great then! So, about the flash-fire poke, everytime i think of flash fire and UU it's always Arcanine. I don't know if you like Arcanine, that you think he's maybe a bit too OU in UU, but i'll give you the set i like the most anyway:

Arcanine@ Choice Band
Ability: Flash Fire
Jolly/Adamant, 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
-Flare Blitz
-Wild Charge
-Close Combat
-Extremespeed

So yeah, Choice Band is there to hit hard, Jolly is to be faster and Adamant is to hit even harder. Flare Blitz is the obvious STAB-move it has access to, Wild Charge provides coverage against Watertypes, Close Combat takes out stuff like Chansey and Extremespeed allows you to have Priority in the team along with Ice Shard of Mamo.

GL,
Cap'n

Heracross cock blocks EVERYTHING on your team, I'd recommend Qwilfish over Deoxys, it can set up spikes, resists Hera's STAB moves, has intimidate, and also has Taunt! What more can you ask for? Not to mention a Fire-type resistance as well. It can easily come in on Flare Blitz from Arcanine and V-create from Victini and smash them with STAB Waterfall or simply set up as they switch. :)

Qwilfish is surprisingly effective on hail teams (I used it as a double intimidate core with Hitmontop on my hail team, and its reached number 3 or 4 on the Smogon ladder :P). It really is an underrated mon :)

I also recommend the following EV spread / moveset for Abomasnow (courtesy of Jubilee) as it allows it to outspeed minimum speed Suicune and Milotic, allowing you to SubSeed more effectively. In addition, Milotic's and Suicune's unboosted Scald / Surf will never break the Substitute with the given EV spread, and neither will Ice Beam. Also, I use Grass Knot over Protect, as I never really used Protect. Grass Knot allows you to beat Suicune, Milotic, and other bulky Water-types one-on-one.

Abomasnow @ Leftovers
Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 192 HP / 60 Def / 52 SDef / 204 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Grass Knot
- Leech Seed
- Blizzard

Hope this helped!

It's true what has been said about quilfish up there, but I still think Arcanine is the better option for this team. It resists Fire along with Intimidate, or it can be immune to Fire thanks to Flash Fire.

Now, I'm happy you like Arcanine, but I agree Deoxys-D is needed. I should've said who to replace with Arcanine immediately, but i forgot. The member I suggest you change is Chansey. Yeah, change Chansey to Arcanine, and I think your team will do great. I have come to this conclusion because:
-You have Deoxys-D, with 160 base Defense AND Special Defense, and it supports the team with Spikes and Taunt. It does have kinda low HP though.
-You have Milotic, with base 125 Special Defense and base 90 HP. Additionally, it has a nice ability and base 100 Special Attack, with can be used to great purpose.

So there you have it. Yes, Chansey gives great Wishes to the team, but honestly, I think Arcanine is a better member for your team. Also, like this you lose a Fighting-type weakness and gain a Fire-type Immunity!

So yeah... I already gave you Arcanine's set up there, so it's only up to you to decide if you want to use it (Do so!).

Yet again, Good Luck.

Cap'n

P.S. @chanazn: With Arcanine in the team, Heracross shouldn't be a problem anyway (:

Wow thanks for both of your suggestions, I'm going to try this immediately!
Going to try the new Abomasnow set and re-add Deoxys but replace Chansey with Arcanine.

EDIT: I really like this addition so I'm adding it to my team :) Thank you to both of you!

i like people who edit their RMT's often ;) and obviously i'm happy I helped. I'm here to rate and help people out, so great!

Now that your team looks like this, I quite honestly don't immediately see any problems. Arcanine is key to the team with Flash-Fire, your defensive pokes work well too, Abomasnow is essential etc etc. A good team, and not just thanks to me (trolol).

I think my rating will stop here, your team just looks good and complete now.
Good Luck to you,
Cap'n

This team seems really fine and threats are hard to find.
I just stopped on Mamoswine and I was kinda sceptic... Why running Ice Shards while you are holding a Choice Scarf? I know that Mamoswine already has a very great coverage and a not so good movepool but maybe trying Superpower out would be great to kill a pokemon like Cobalion holding an Air Balloon.
Also, why not try to take advantage of Spikes by spaming Dragon Tail on Milotic? This would let you also Toxic spam everything on your way or burn with scald every physical attackers. I would have said to replace Recover by Dragon Tail but you like to Recover your HP so maybe taking out Ice Beam (Wich won't be that useful if you Dragon Tail/toxic Spam).

Second off, maybe you could surprise pokemon that want to set up in your face by taunting before they can do their move. You know, Deoxys-D get 306 Speed while being boosted at max, and it don't really need max Def max HP. Why not run 252 HP / 252 Speed with Nature +Speed,-Attack

Thats it, I hope I didn't bored you too much. See you and good luck!

Thanks for the rate! I run Ice Shard on Mamoswine for revenge killing other choice scarfers or things that get boosts, and while I like the idea of dragon tail on Milotic I don't like taking out a move solely for spikes/toxic and I feel that Deoxys does need the extra defense boosts being a wall and all, even though having extra speed would be nice.

Nice change, not too big of a deal... Although Cryogonal does give you all the typical Ice-type weaknesses which you already have... Suicune seems cool, although switching any of the two didn't seem very necessary to me, but I trust you that you tested and found out this works better.
I'd change Cryogonal's EVs to this: 32 Sp.Atk/252 Sp.Def/220 Spe. I suggest that because first of all, putting evs in HP doesn't make sense, as it won't make you any bulky on the physical side, Cryogonal's Defense is way too shitty. The Spe is ok, and the rest in Special Atk because you have two attacks there which do have to pack a slight punch.

For the rest, great job and keep up the updating, it's awesome! Also, thanks for putting my name up there in the special thanks section, i feel honoured ;)

PS. the name is Cap'n Dragan, not Dragon (lol)

Good Luck
