I need help facing Mega Charizard X and Y which is the biggest threats to my team.
I need to fix some errors if their are.

Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 24 Atk / 228 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Stone Edge
- Flash Cannon
- Stealth Rock

Scarf heatran helps me by outspeeding Excadrill, Volcarona, and even Greninja!
-Stone edge is basically for Charizards, Talonflames, Volcarona
-Flash cannon helps me hit Kyurem-Black
-24 attack evs allow me to get more damage

Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 56 HP / 216 Atk / 236 Spd
Lonely Nature
- Fusion Bolt
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Substitute

The classic ev set of BW are amazing!
Absolutely the best Rotom-Wash counter because of its terravolt and substitute
- Fusion Bolt is standard and used to beat Vaporeons, Tentacruels, and Keldeos
- Substitute deals with slow leech seeders and wil-o-wispers
- Ice beam deals with ground types
- Earth Power is used for countering Heatrans and Rotom-wash

- Drain Punch

Assault Vest Conkeldurr helps you counter special attackers and can help you live a psychic from a Mega Alakazam
- Mach Punch for priority
- Standard drain punch
- Guts deals with rotom-wash with wil-o-wisp
- Ice punch deals with Gliscor and Landorous

- King's Shield
- Shadow Ball
- Sacred Sword
- Shadow Sneak

Mixed Aegislash
- Tanks most super effective hits
- Balloon counters Gliscor and Terrakion
- Shadow ball deals with bulky defenders
- Shadow Sneak for priority
- Sacred sword for dark types

Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Defog
- Roost
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn

Better than Mandibuzz because it does not take to much rocks damage
- Good defense
- Defog to remove hazards
- Bullet Punch for priority
- Roost stalling
- For dark types

Ability: Protean
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Fast special attacker
- Good speed
- Ok Special Attack
- amazing ability protean
- terrible defense and special defense
- Hydro Pump to do most damage
- HP Grass deals with Rotom-Wash
- Dark Pulse for Aegislash
- Life orb for better damage

Any tips on how I can change my team to be better?

I having a bit of trouble using Gengar
Well, what moveset are you running? I'm personally fond of substitute, pain split, focus blast, and shadow ball with a Timid nature. Also I saw you mentiomed Mega Charizard X being a problem; slap an air balloon on Heatran and replace Stone Edge with Earth power, and probelm solved

Replace Stone Edge With Hidden Power Rock / Ancient Power. Cause heatran has low attack. That should fix your CharY Problem
 
Stone Edge does more than HP Rock and Ancientpower even with Heatran's lower attack stat lol. Also u-turn over HP grass on Greninja because you really shouldn't be staying in on Rotom and u-turn helps u gain a lot of momentum and ways to get Kyurem on the field easily

Rapids Spin/Defog Anyone?

Fifty percent health loss is a pretty big dent, by your logic here, all entry hazards are utterly useless because Defog/Rapid Spin can remove them. Stealth Rock is a big threat to Mega Charizard Y, and to say otherwise would be idiotic.

All I'm saying is that you should still run a rock move in case.
