DON'T RECCOMEND FAIRY TYPES I HATE THEM. Anyway, Ferrothorn is my pure wall/trapper, EVs distributed for as little damage as possible, Leech seed and Toxic for stalling, Protect for further stalling, and Stealth Rock for the heck of it. Heatran is my bulky, half STAB half type coverage special attacker. Lava Plume for STAB+ burning, Flash Cannon for STAB+ Fairy killer, Earth Power and Ancient Power for type coverage. EVs are towards sp.att and bulk, though I'm not sure weather I should keep the EVs in HP or split them between defenses. Garchomp is my fast half STAB half type coverage physical attacker. EVs are self explanatory, Outrage and Earthquake are must haves for any Garchomp, Iron Head for emergency Fairy and Ice type killing, and Stone Edge for type coverage. Weavile is my fast STAB physical attacker. EVs are in attack and speed, Night Slash and Ice Punch for STAB, Pursuit for nabbing any cowards/U-Turners, and Aerial Ace for Fighting types. Gengar is my fast type coverage special attacker. EVs are for sp.att and speed. Shadow Ball for STAB, Dazzling Gleam, Sludge Wave, and Psychic for type coverage. Loppuny is my fast STAB physical attacker. EVs in attack and speed, Fake Out for cheap shots, Return for STAB, Hi Jump Kick for type coverage, and Thunder Punch for flying types. the jist is Weavile Garchomp and Lopunny are the offensive stars. BUT, they are all weak to Fairy, Heatran and Gengar are the solutions to that, and Ferrothorn is to wall out anything else.

I recommend running ice punch over thunder punch on mega lopunny anyday. The reason being that mega-Lopunny easily outspeeds common Landorus Therian,Garchomp,Gliscor,Thunderus, and many other pokemon with its godly 135 base speed. Yes thunder punch is a good move, but you can definitely get more use out of mega lopunny with ice punch. Don't worry much about water pokemon, mega lopunny has excellent stab with high jump kick. Also try running a fighting move on your Weavile like low kick, and as for your team, get some sort of defogger/spinner. You sure don't want to fall victim to stealth rocks, spikes, or webs.

Besides Gengar, your team is extremely weak to Fighting-types, specifically Scarf Keldeo. I suggest running a bulky Celebi instead of Ferrothorn, it can even run the same moveset (except Protect, replace that with somethig like Giga Drain/Leaf Storm/Psychic for STAB).
You can then run Stealth Rock on Garchomp over Iron Head since Gengar and Heatran will be able to deal with Fairy-types.
Speaking of Gengar, you're better off running Substitute and Will-o-Wisp over Psychic and Dazzling Gleam since spreading burns helps you team a little more.
I'm not really sure what Weavile does for your team, but you have not hazard control, so a Defogger should be here. Either Mandibuzz or Lati@s should work.
Finally, Lopunny can't run a Sash if it's your mega.
