So im trying to ladder in OU for the first time in a long time. So i would love some suggestions on how to make my team better.
Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
- Defog
- Bullet Punch
- Roost
- U-turn
The defog user who is pretty much there to get rid hazards if i feel like it is necessary. Which isnt often for my team. Great for stalling with roost and awesome for priority, which i found important on my team. saying this though he sees the least amount of use on my team
Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Earth Power
- Flash Cannon
- Dragon Pulse
- Fire Blast
The star of my team. Standard choice scarf heatran. fire blast wreaks so much, flash cannon for faries, earth power for other heatrans, and dragon pulse for dragons
Landorus-Therian (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off
Great defensive wall thanks to intimidate. walls a lot of threats, immune to eq and rocky helmet for chip damage. Sets up rocks reliably, and knock off for pretty much any switch in.
Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 212 SpD / 44 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
Pretty much there for willo wisp and to cover the weaknesses of all my main. Not exactly sure what to do with him cause he doesnt see too much use unless i really need a burn on a poke. the attacks are nice but i dont use pain split so if anyone has any other recommended moves that will support my team let me know!

EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Scald
- Protect
- Toxic
Great toxic stalling wish passer! Really helps glue my team together. Awesome specially defense wall. goes great with landorus.
Venusaur-Mega @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Sleep Powder
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Sludge Bomb
Lastly is my bulky sweeper. Venasuar does a great job of eating up hits and putting things to sleep. Giga drain and sludge bomb has great coverage and i decided to use hp fire instead of leech seed to get rid of scizors, ferrathorns, and others that wall my venasaur because they do quite a number to my team. my question is though should i run more offensive ivs on this guy or should i keep him bulky?
