Ban certain chatting/discussion websites, and a Happy Place-ish subforum.

Well, recently with whats been happening, I feel certain discussion/chatting websites (with exceptions like PS, Mibbit, Twitter, FB, and YT) should be banned. I'm mainly targeting ask.fm, due to the lack of mods and how anyone can be anonymous to impersonate. I was also thinking of a subforum thats like the Happy Place on PS.
 
This is not a huge problem, so I'm not sure why you suggested it. In fact, I don't think it's a problem at all. If it was, it would be in the rules.

Also, no subforums for PS rooms. You guys can make your own IRC chat/PM/whatever you want.

also, dont suggest PS suggestions here.
 
I'm not sure Smogon can do anything about ask.fm or any other website like that.

I have no idea about the Happy Place though.
