Hi everyone. Since I have reached top 60 in OU with this team quite consistently, I decide to put it here.
Overall, I think this team works quite well for a balance team in this current OU metagame. Even though there may be some flaws, but I am quite glad that I can reach this far with.

TEAM:

Dragapult @ Choice Band
Ability: Clear Body
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Darts
- Tera Blast
- U-turn
- Sucker Punch

The belle of the show, the best guy of the team. Band Pult has quite a good speed for a lead, as it can outspeed Darkrai without Scarf and Ribombee. Late game Pult can also outspeed Roaring Moon without Dragon Dance buff and Zamazenta. Ghost Tera Blast hits devastatingly hard with its stronger 120 base attack and band boost. Sucker Punch also guarantees KO in Pult Mirror.

Moltres @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 248 HP / 248 Def / 12 Spe
Bold Nature
- Flamethrower
- Scorching Sands
- U-turn
- Roost

It has everything I need: Pivot, physical defensive wall and can switch into fairies. Moltres can usually 1v1 against Gambito, as it has recovery and flamethrower to make Gambito fall. I replaced Will o Wisp with Scorching Sand to deal with Heatran and tera fire Zamn/Gambit. Tera Fairy removes crippling Rock weakness and turns matchups against Roaring Moon, physical Valiant and Zam without Heavy Slam into an easier time.

Samurott-Hisui @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Sharpness
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ceaseless Edge
- Razor Shell
- Knock Off
- Encore

Samurott Hisui is quite simple: It sets up Spikes, removes items and uses Encore to cripple mons like Gliscor or Calm Mind Primarina. Tera Fire helps it against fairies, but I may consider Tera Ghost to remove any attempt of Rapid Spin.

Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- U-turn
- Taunt

One of the team's leads. It can set up Rock, use Earth Power to chip Tusk, use Taunt to prevent Defog and Gliscor setting hazard and pivot. Tera Ghost helps a lot against Zamazenta, but I may consider running tera ice Terablast to deal with Gliscor or something to deal with Kyurem.

Slowking-Galar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Def / 240 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Psychic Noise
- Chilly Reception
- Sludge Bomb
- Ice Beam

So far, Glowking is one of my most favourite mons to use in this meta. Ice Beam can help it jump against unexpected Landorus-T or Gliscor. Psychic Noise has more immediate presence against Zamazenta, as well as chipping Toxapex and Chansey line. I run tera fairy in order to deal with Zamn without Heavy Slam. If Zam runs Heavy Slam and Crunch, Moltres can deal with it. If Zam runs Stone Edge and Crunch, tera fairy Glowking can deal with it. If Zam runs Stone Edge and Heavy Slam, I don't tera. Since I don't like Zamazenta at all, having three mons that can deal with Zam is a must for me.

Kingambit @ Leftovers
Ability: Supreme Overlord
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Kowtow Cleave
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head

Gambit is Gambit. It's just good.

WEAKNESSES:
Kyurem: Kyurem is probably the worst nightmare for this team. Guessing out the set takes a lot of effort, and it can always tera to get a jump on Dragapult.
Gliscor: This team struggles a lot against Gliscor. Hisui-rott can hit it with Super Effective damage, but it's afraid of Toxic and Knock Off chip. Glowking can get a jump with Ice Beam but the surprise factor is really important.

This squad is powerful but very hard to pilot
what do you do against sun?
How do you handle both early game physical offense and late game Raging Bolt?
What's our Ogerpon strategy?

Ngl, Sun is usually a tough matchup. I tend to play extra aggressively to try to force trades until I get into a more favourable position with Pult. It doesn’t always work but I have won a couple of games with it.
For Bolt, I usually try to use Pult as conservatively as possible to scout for possible Tera Fairy and hope that it hasn’t gone beyond 1 Calm Mind.
For Waterpon, it depends. Pult can also be a soft check as it can switch into both of its STABs. However this matchup will become significantly worse if Pon runs Knock or Play Rough.
