[SET COMMENTS]
* Outrage is the main attacking move of Regidrago, being able to OHKO threats like Hoopa-U and non-Haban Berry Raging Bolt.
* Scale Shot is useful to boost Speed and to break Substitute, especially in the Ogerpon-W and Serperior matchups.
* Earthquake hits foes like non-Air Balloon Heatran, Hisuian Arcanine, and Assault Vest or Choice Band Metagross. It also forces Tinkaton to run Air Balloon.
* For the 4th moveslot, Fire Fang is an option that helps against Corviknight without Iron Defense, Scizor, and Air Balloon Tinkaton. Regidrago can also use Hammer Arm for Air Balloon Heatran.
* The bulk EVs allow Regidrago to survive Choice Band Jolly Hoopa-U's attacks, and the Speed EVs are for better odds against opposing Regidrago.
* If the opposing team is using a Dragon-type without a Fairy- or Steel-type, then it is likely to be holding a Haban Berry. Regidrago can OHKO these Haban Berry Dragon-types such as opposing Regidrago, Raging Bolt, and Gouging Fire with at least four hits from Scale Shot.

Raging Bolt (though you reference it after, mention "non-Haban Berry Raging Bolt" here.)

especially in the Ogerpon-Wellspring (and Serperior) matchup.

Assault Vest or Choice Band Metagross. (just say "non-Weakness Policy Metagross".)

Fire Fang is an option that help against Corviknight or Air Ballon Tinkaton. (this is more coming from a personal opinion but i do believe that Scizor could be mentioned here, up to you though.)

Hammer Arm for Tyranitar and Kingambit (these two mons are currently irrelevant in the meta, only example I found was Air Balloon Heatran.)

Donphan (you already 2hko with outrage, reminder it has sturdy, dragon energy is just for pecha)

It can OHKO those Dragon-type Pokémon wearing a Haban Berry such as Regidrago, Raging Bolt, and Gouging Fire with at least 4 Hits. (from Scale Shot.)
