[SET COMMENTS]
Barraskewda's phenomenal Speed stat and respectable Attack stat make it a good revenge killer and wallbreaker in the UU tier, able to pick off threats such as Terrakion and Noivern, as well as being a great offensive pivot thanks to its Speed and Flip Turn. However, Barraskewda is rather frail, and its opportunities to switch in are highly limited, even to resisted hits. Barraskewda also has no defensive utility whatsoever compared to other Water-types such as Keldeo and Starmie. Furthermore, despite being the fastest unboosted Pokemon in the UU tier, Choice Scarf Pokemon such as Mienshao as well as priority from the likes of Lycanroc-D and Bisharp can easily force Barraskewda out. Flip Turn lets Barraskewda pivot out to a teammate on Pokemon such as Rotom-W and Slowbro that would otherwise be able to switch into it with ease. Ice Fang allows Barraskewda to OHKO Noivern and threaten Grass-types such as Roserade and Rotom-C. Close Combat threatens Heliolisk, Zarude, and Cobalion, and is also Barraskewda's best option to hit Rotom-W with. Crunch is an option to hit Slowbro, Starmie, and Celebi, as well as hitting Tentacruel neutrally, but it's generally worse than other options. Heavy-Duty Boots lets Barraskewda avoid chip from entry hazards, making it easier to pivot around. Alternatively, Mystic Water provides a power boost to Liquidation and Flip Turn without being chipped as easily as it would be with Life Orb; however, without Heavy-Duty Boots Barraskewda is much easier to wear down due to taking damage from entry hazards.

Bulky Water-types such as Slowking, Rotom-W, and Gastrodon are difficult for Barraskewda to deal with. Partners that can take advantage of these Pokemon are useful as teammates. Celebi and Roserade can take care of these Pokemon for Barraskewda - both also appreciate Noivern being revenge killed and can check Keldeo. Roserade in particular is an excellent partner, able to provide Spikes support to make it easier for Barraskewda to revenge kill foes, as well as wearing down its answers. Roserade's Toxic Spikes are also able to pressure Pokemon such as Gastrodon and Keldeo that would otherwise be able to check Barraskewda. Galarian Weezing can check Barraskewda's revenge killers such as Mienshao and Zarude, as well as helping Barraskewda make progress with Corrosive Gas and Toxic Spikes. Pivots such as Noivern and Mienshao can bring Barraskewda in safely against Rhyperior and opposing Noivern respectively. Noivern can also check Choice Scarf Mienshao and Celebi for Barraskewda. Heliolisk can switch into Rotom-W, Mantine, and Jellicent, as well as wear down Gastrodon if its running Grass Knot. In exchange, Barraskewda can threaten Lycanroc-D and Noivern, both of which would be able to force Heliolisk out. Cobalion can check Bisharp and lure Celebi in and KO it with Megahorn, as well as pressure Barraskewda's checks like Slowbro and Rotom-W. Rhyperior and Sylveon can switch into Noivern for Barraskewda - the former can also lure in Celebi and Zarude and KO them with Megahorn.

Barraskewda's phenomenal speed stat and respectable attack stat makes it a great revenge killer and wallbreaker calling it a great wallbreaker in a tier where Rotom-W / Slowbro are everywhere is a little generous, also definitely mention how its a great offensive pivot due to its revenge killing capabilities + flip turn in the UU tier, able to pick off threats such as Terrakion. This first paragraph should 100% mention that its an offensive mon thats both faster and able to take out Noivern, which is especially beneficial to offensive teams. However, Barraskewda is rather frail, and its opportunities to switch in are highly limited, even to resisted hits. Specifically mention how it provides no defensive utility out of its typing compared to other offenisve water types like Keldeo or Starmie. Furthermore, despite being the fastest unboosted Pokemon in the UU tier, Choice Scarf Pokemon such as Mienshao as well as priority from the likes of Lycanroc-D and Bisharp can easily force Barraskewda out. Flip Turn lets Barraskewda pivot out on Pokemon such as Rotom-W and Slowkbro typo that would otherwise be able to switch into it with ease for a teammate. Ice Fang allows Barraskewda to OHKO Noivern and threaten Grass-types such as Roserade and Rotom-Mow. Close Combat threatens Heliolisk, Zarude, and Cobalion, and is also Barraskewda's best option to nail bulky Water-types. this is a bit dodgy now with Slowbro/Slowking, just say it is the best option vs washtom. Heavy-Duty Boots lets Barraskewda avoid chip from entry hazards, making it easier to pivot around. Alternatively, Mystic Water provides a power boost to Liquidation and Flip Turn without being chipped as easily as Life Orb - however, Barraskewda is much easier to wear down due to taking entry hazards.

Bulky Water-types such as Slowking, Rotom-W, and Gastrodon are difficult for Barraskewda to deal with. Partners that can take advantage of these Pokemon are useful partners. Celebi and Roserade can take care of these Pokemon for Barraskewda - both also appreciate Noivern being revenge killed. Roserade in particular is an excellent partner, able to provide Spikes support to make it easier for Barraskewda to revenge kill foes, as well as wear down its answers. Mention how Celebi can handle Keldeo for barraskewda too. Toxic Spikes are also able to pressure Pokemon such as Gastrodon and Keldeo that would otherwise be able to check Barraskewda. This reads a little oddly since you didn't clarify Roserade setting them. Also bring up Weezing-Galar here, handles revenge killers like Mienshao and Zarude for you, while Tspikes + corrosive gas is able to make you get much more progress versus Pokemon like Slowbro, and removing lefties from Rotom-W is gucci. Pivots such as Noivern and Mienshao can bring in Barraskewda safely against Rhyperior and opposing Noivern respectively. Noivern can also check Choice Scarf Mienshao and Rotom-C for Barraskewda. Not a fan of saying it checks Scarf Rotom-C here, comment on it checking Keldeo and Celebi here instead. Heliolisk can switch into Rotom-W, as well as wear down Gastrodon if its running Grass Knot. In exchange, Barraskewda can threaten Lycanroc-D and Noivern, both of which would be able to force Heliolisk out.

bring up Cobalion, you can mention how it can check Pokemon like Celebi and Bisharp for Skewda, while SD Megahorn sets in particular are nice to pressure Skewda's checks like Rotom-W and Slowbro.

I'd include a teammate or two that can defensively check Noivern to a degree, and talk about how this is appreciated as relying on Barraskewda is unreliable since it can't switch in. Consider mentioning Rhyperior and its ability to lure in massive threats to skewda like Celebi and Scarf Zarude with Megahorn.

Add a mention of Crunch to hit Slowbro/King, Starmie, Celebi, hit Tenta neutrally. But just mention how it can be hard to fit.

Bulky Water-types such as Slowking, Rotom-W, and Gastrodon are difficult for Barraskewda to deal with. Partners that can take advantage of these Pokemon are useful partners. Heliolisk can switch into Rotom-W, as well as wear down Gastrodon if its running Grass Knot. I would also mention Mantine and Jellicent because they outright wall Barra and prevent it from making momentum with Flip Turn. In exchange, Barraskewda can threaten Lycanroc-D and Noivern, both of which would be able to force Heliolisk out. Cobalion can check Bisharp and lure Celebi with Megahorn, as well as pressure Barraskewda's checks like Slowbro and Rotom-W. Rhyperior and Sylveon can switch into Noivern for Barraskewda - the latter can also lure Celebi and Zarude with Megahorn.
