As you will notice, the text continues into the blue are on the right, and it scrolls horizontally.

Maybe a </p> was forgotten?

Aside from that, nothing else is visibly wrong with the article.

That is really strange. It works perfectly for me (using Firefox). I think I recall this problem happen before with someone else using IE.

I know there's nothing wrong with the HTML for that article.

I'm not sure what to ask in order to help find the cause, but I know that I'm using IE and not having problems with it.

This could be due to a really, really low resolution monitor. I have problems when I use my 1024x768 screen on some articles.
