This is a baton passer that can get one of your sweepers heavily defended.
Gorebyss's ability to know baton pass, and two defense raising moves makes it so you can pass great defenses to something that is frail, or to a staller if that suits you better. Agility gives your target lots of needed speed, but surf lets you damage opponents.
The evs added to defenses lets you get a chance to get at least one defense boosting stat before switching, but the calm nature lets you get a little extra speed.
