Baton pass team? Baton pass team.

Hi all, I hope you can let me know about certain weaknesses on my team or if I should change certain things. Replays and import at the bottom. So without further ado, the team:

My Team At A Glance:

My team is a baton pass team, and while there are flaws to there kinds of things, I feel like I have done a pretty good job at creating a solid team.

2 Fast 4 U (Zapdos) (F) @ Bold
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 104 HP / 252 Def / 152 Spd
Bold Nature
- Agility
- Substitute
- Baton Pass
- t-bolt/coverage/roar
I usually start with zapdos for the speed, since speed is so crucial to baton pass teams. I try to get 2 agilities/1 agility then sub to vaporeon then venomoth quiver dance. My main sweeper is espeon, and if he goes down I have some sort of other pokemon to use to sweep. Mental Herb is useful if they try to taunt/encore me (which happens a lot).

GG (Espeon) (F) @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Stored Power
- Rest
- Baton Pass
Espeon is my sweeper. I also use him to bounce things like prankster taunt early on. Resto-Chesto is useful for the recovery, especially if he gets things like scald burns. I don't usually use him for any reason other than to sweep the enemies entire team at the end. Stored power will literally destroy anything not dark type (1hko's jirachi), and hidden power fighting is for the dark types. Extra precaution should be taken to start the sweep with a sub, I have been bullet punch critted by scizor and it did not feel good.

Hehehe (Venomoth) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Shield Dust
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Disable
- Quiver Dance
- Roost/Sleep powder
- Baton Pass
If something goes horribly wrong with my team, and if Zapdos is out, I still have Venomoth. As I stated with Zapdos, without speed this team is crippled; thus, I use have quiver dance just in case. Venomoth is also a good special wall with Disable and Roost, and since pokemon with subs up can still be toxic'd I enjoy being able to remove toxic spikes if there are any up. Not sure whether to use roost/sleep powder, while sleep powder is good at shutting opponents down I usually have already taken hits and am not normally faster when I switch in to use venomoth.

Oh god... (Vaporeon) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature
- Acid Armor
- Substitute
- Roar/surf
- Baton Pass
After getting speed boosts with Zapdos, I commonly go into Vaporeon to resist the ice/rock attacks they would normally be using to kill Zapdos. If they have set up with their lead, I am normally able to switch into Vaporeon with a sub while they continue to setup. Then, I roar away whoever while my sub breaks. Sub + Acid Armor can usually handle whatever else.

LOL (Mr. Mime) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Soundproof
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Spd
Calm Nature
- Encore
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Baton Pass
Mr. Mime is a monster SDef wall that I often use to get up Calm Mind. I need him for nasty plot politoad and if I predict the roar. I can encore to get a free calm mind/sub on people using bug buzz/dragon pulse/roar/perish song. Mr Mime is my baller. His SDef is amazing and I use him to take Spa electric-type attacks.

It's Time (Scizor) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Light Metal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Iron Defense
- Substitute/Bullet Punch
- Baton Pass
Scizor is my other defensive wall, and tanks grass and electric hits that my vaporeon just can't take. Since my sweeper has almost no defence, Iron defense is there just in case vaporeon goes down. I normally sub to scout whether the opponent's poke has a fire-type attack before I iron defense. Normally, people switch on the turn I make my sub to a fire move-using pokemon. People who think fire punch will kill me will be very unhappy after they break my sub, when I am up to +4 defense and fire punch does less than 25%. On fire special-attackers, a baton pass to Vaporeon is enough.
I think that this team is very strong, and I have considered replacing Zapdos with Ninjask for the guaranteed speed, but I want a fallback attacker in case umbreon goes down (which happens sometimes if I read stealth rocks/spikes wrong and eat a stone edge instead. Also, I REALLY want to have a smeargle on this team but realistically it just doesn't seem viable. However, Ingrain would make my life so much easier, since if they have a whirlwinder on their team I am forced to really outplay them with espeon then kill them.

Things that this team hates:
-trick users. I have no idea what to do with these guys other than to just use baton pass if it is possible that they have trick.
-prankster taunt users. I have no idea how to win this one in the late game. The only thing I can really do is hard switch to espeon, then try to set up again :(.
-haze users. The only thing I can really do is try to predict the switch to the haze user (usually coFAGrigus) and switch to espeon on the same turn to kill it before it can use haze.
-dark type pokemon who resist hp fighting. Unless I am set us with espeon, I cannot one-shot these guys I have HP Bug now, but it doesn't 1HKO tyranitar :(.
P.S.: Notable pokemon that will absolutely destroy this team that NOBODY uses-
-Haze Quagisire- I have yet to see one, but if there was one I probably wouldn't be able to kill it unless I was already set up with espeon.
-Mold Breaker Pokemon with roar- whenever I see a pokemon that can use roar I usually switch to Mr. Mime, but if they have mold breaker it's useless. However, all the Haxoruses I have faced at best have taunt.

Replays:

TL,DR Version:
I use Zapdos and Venomoth to get speed, Venomoth and Mr. Mime to get Spa and SDef, and Vaporon and Scizor to get Def. Once I get them all up I switch to Umbreon and sweep with Stored Power + HP Bug. Vaporeon and Zapdos know Roar to combat enemy chains, Mr. Mime is resistant to roar and perish song (as well as dragon pulse and bug buzz, among other things). Zapdos, Vaporeon, Mr. Mime and Scizor can make subs. Espeon has Magic Bounce and just sweeps everything in general. Also, read the problems I am having.

no, it doesn't, my mistake. I was thinking of making zapdos 104 HP/252 Def/152 Spd so that it can outspeed max speed smeargle. Also, I am having so much trouble with sableye I seem to be lost. Also, since roar could be on zapdos, I might be able to have some other attacking moves on my pokes. The taunts from a prankster really bite me in the ass/

A baton pass team needs speed boost.

^ because cloyster sitting behind a sub is impossible to beat since scizor doesnt have any attacking moves
also, I'm changing espeon's hidden power to bug so that I am actually able to hit sableye...

also, I think just leftovers would be better than rest-chesto. What do you think? And if you agree, what would I use instead of rest? HP fighting?
