Baton Pass team (OU)

Its my first try at a singles team.
I've not thought of the EVs or items yet so any advice would help.

LEAD

Hyper Cutter

Baton pass, Taunt, EQ, Stealth Rock.

Pure Power

Baton pass, Bulk Up, Force Palm, Thunder Punch.

Insomnia

Baton Pass, Calm Mind, Psychic, Shadow Ball.

Synchronize

Baton Pass, Mean look, Wish, Yawn.

Water Absorb

Baton Pass, Substitute, Surf, Ice Beam.

Technician

Baton Pass, Night Slash, Bullet Punch, Aerial Ace.

I choose to have all passers so i can freely switch to the proper counter, instead of having a overall finisher.

Not only that, you MUST have EVs, Natures, and Items for every Pokemon. Don't ask other people to do that for you.
