Baton Pass Team!

I've been toying around with some baton pass teams for a while, and I think I finally have found a decent one. I'm sure it could use some adjustments and I'd like to know what everyone else thinks of it.

Umbreon @ Chople Berry
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP/ 92 Defense/ 164 Speed
Careful Nature (+Speed, -SpA)
~Mean Look
~Baton Pass
~Wish
~Taunt
I've found that Umbreon makes a great Baton Pass lead, mainly for it's ability Mean Look. With Chople Berry, Umbreon can usually survive a fighting type attack long enough to switch out to something that can counter or force out. Taunt comes into play against opposing Umbreon in case I think I can outspeed it, or switch out to another pokemon and force it out. Wish for simple support later in the game.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 128 Defense/ 128 Speed/ 252 SpD
Bold Nature (+Defense, -Attack)
~Acid Armor
~Baton Pass
~Wish
~Yawn
Vaporeon can come in on most of the common leads in OU, and it's ability to Yawn and Acid Armor on one pokemon is truly amazing. Acid Armor is very easy to set up and can be Baton Passed away to another pokemon with high special defense to set up really well. Yawn later on in the game to either force the opponent out, or to lead to some free turns if Mean Look is in play. Wish for support, and Yawn then Wish allows for a free heal on any pokemon on the team.

Mr. Mime @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Soundproof
EVs: 252 HP/ 4 Speed/ 252 SpD
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Attack)
~Trick
~Calm Mind
~Baton Pass
~Psychic
Mr. Mime is really the base of this team. After Mean Look and a few Acid Armors, Mr. Mime can come in with total impunity due to his great Special Defense and Trick them so that he can start Calm Minding away. With both Acid Armor and Calm Mind behind the team, it can be impossible to get any real damage in. Psychic is simply in case I need a backup if the team is in trouble.

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 SpA/ 4 SpD
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Attack)
~Baton Pass
~Air Slash
~Roost
~Nasty Plot
Togekiss is basically the last chance in case my team is failing. If the finisher is down, Togekiss can come back in and tank for a little while with Roost until it can sweep with Air Slash and Nasty Plot. Tossed in Baton Pass just so that I can bring it in during the team for support if I need to stall for a little while so that the opponent can whiddle down his PP.

Gliscor @ Lum Berry
Trait: Hypper Cutter
EVs: 252 HP/ 196 Defense/ 60 SpD
Timid Nature (+Speed, -Attack)
~Swords Dance
~Rock Polish
~Taunt
~Baton Pass
Swords Dance and Rock Polish to create a superstrong attacking finisher. Taunt to take down other threats. Enough said.

Lucario @ Life Orb
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Attack/252 Speed
Jolly Nature (+Speed, -SpA)
~Earthquake
~Close Combat
~Extremespeed
~Crunch
After boosts, Lucario becomes a monstrous attack sweeper. Close Combat after 2-3 Swords Dances takes out pretty much everything that doesn't resist it, and even then the opponent has to be very bulky. Extremespeed to take down priority users. Crunch for Ghosts and Psychics, and finally Earthquake for anything else. Even without boosts, Life Orb Lucario is a pretty powerful sweeper, just in case I can't get much in.

the problem ive found with baton pass teams is that they simply dont work against many threats. for example, taunt azelf = gg, along with many threats. lo gengar = gg. your team looks great, aside from the lack of smeargle which makes you super vulnerable to skarmory which is terrible. without smeargle bpass teams really dont stand a chance, and even with it with the addition of trick in platinum baton pass just doesnt work.

Usually I've been able to force Azelf out with Yawn or switch outs after it sets up stealth rock, and Gengar hasn't usually posed much of a problem. Skarmory has actually usually been really easy to deal with from Taunt/Mean Look if they stay in and then switch out to Yawn or Trick to catch them, and after that there isn't really any problem with setting up. Thanks for the advice though.

You NEED a Smeargle. I can't stress this enough.
In case you don't know how it works, Smeargle can Baton Pass the move Ingrain, which makes it impossible for your opponent to phaze you out and screw the whole thing up. And it provides useful recovery, which is always a plus. In case your thinking, "Oh, I don't need Smeargle to Baton Pass Ingrain, I'll get someone else to do it," forget it. Smeargle's the only one.

Giving Togekiss Baton Pass and Nasty Plot is pointless. I highly suggest replacing Baton Pass with Aura Sphere since Lucario receives no benefit from a SpA boost.

Mr. Mime has proven to be quite lackluster lately in Baton Pass teams, and it would be advisable to switch him out for the aforementioned Smeargle. If you're looking for a SpD passer, look no further than Gorebyss who can also provide Aqua Ring.

With Umbreon running Wish, Aqua Ring sounds like a better move for Vaporeon, unless Umbreon's survivability is in question.

Extremespeed is not needed on Lucario, since if your chain was successful he'll already have sufficient speed boosts. You can keep if you like however, if you want him as an ace in the hole if your chain gets broken. You should also incorporate some attacking on the Special side since Hippowdon and other Physical walls seems more than capable of stalling you out. If you do this, you'll have to incorporate something that can use Calm Mind, but like i said before there are better options than Mr. Mime. i feel there's something else missing as well, I just don't know what.

You need to expand your description for Gliscor. PM me the expanded description and I'll unlock your thread. Locking under rule 3 in the menawhile:
RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
