BATTLE STADIUM SINGLES MASTERS VI
Welcome to the last standard tournament of the 2024 circuit! Unlike the other tournaments, this one forces players to stick to one team for each round, making information gathering an integral part of play. Just to clarify, players are allowed to switch teams when they move on to the next round, the teamlock only applies to the Best of Three. - This is a standard SV Battle Stadium Singles Tournament.
- The tournament will be Best of Three, Double Elimination. Because of the unique nature of this tour format, Best of Five will NOT occur starting at losers finals.
- Players may not change their teams during the set.
- Matches are to be played on the Smogon University or Smogon Tournaments servers on Pokemon Showdown.
- Replays must be saved and POSTED. Matches without a replay will not count as completed.
- In the event of a timeout, the player who times out will lose that game unless the opponent grants a rematch. This holds true even for a disconnect, due to being unable to know which three Pokemon have been selected at team preview. Consequently, players do not need to send in their teams to a TD.
- Activity calls and coinflips will be done by myself and the pick command on Pokemon Showdown respectively.
- Matches will be played in the Singles, Regulation H format.
- All Pokémon will be set to Level 50 automatically.
- Players pick 3 of their 6 Pokemon at team preview.
- Species Clause: No two Pokemon in the same team can have the same National Pokedex number.
- Item Clause: No two Pokemon in the same team can hold the same item.
