Battle Subway-Entry Hazard Team.

HELLOOOO

So I wanted to make an Entry Hazard team for my Black version for the battle tower because I don't have Wi-fi and cant really do anything with my game except for the Battle Subway. But I don't really like boring teams with all these OP guys who almost always go up to 100+. Make no mistake, I wanna get to 100+, I just wanna do it with a team revolving around entry hazards. So yeah, Heres what I got.

Forretress @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Careful
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Def, 4 Def
-Spikes
-Stealth Rock
-Rest
-Explosion

I used Specially Defensive Forry so that it can take a beating from both sides of the offensive spectrum without being greatly bothered. Forry almost always gets the job done. The idea is pretty simple here. Set up both entry hazzards fully (meaning 3 layers of spikes). When I'm done, if I haven't used Rest yet, I do so, then I switch to one of my walls depending on what I am fighting. If I have used Rest, then I will either explode or switch anyway and hope to explode on something later. I normally wait to see what the opponent has before I explode, but sometimes something is just too troubling so I am left with no choice but to explode. But yeah thats basically Forretress.

Milotic @ Absorb Bulb
Ability: Marvel Scale
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp.Def
-Dragon Tail
-Scald
-Ice Beam
-Recover

This a completely standard defensive Milotic. However, because of the teams strategy, Dragon Tail becomes the most important move on the set. As the AI seldom makes pokemon switch, it is essential for the team to work (along with Dragonite's tail). Milotic acts as the physical wall on the team, especially when fighting a burnt foe (or has Marvel Scale to boost its defence). Burn is especially useful when combined with Dragonites Light Screen, essentially nulifying both ends of the offensive spectrum. Ice Beam is a wonderful move in the battle subway because it is almost always super effective on one of the opponents pokemon. It and scald combined also cover a lot of pokmon who are not really bothered by Stealth Rocks or Spikes. Recover is used as needed.

Dragonite @ Leftovers
Ability: Inner Focus (I don't have Dream World so no Multi-Scale :C)
Nature: Careful
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Def 4 Atk (I made these a long time ago but I think this is the set)
-Light Screen
-Roost
-Dragon Tail
-Fire Blast
Dragonite is the special wall, and if I set up correctly, he can take almost any special attack there is. With Light Screen and Roost removing Dragonite's Flying type, unboosted Ice Beams might as well be from a Smeargle because it will hardly do anything. It takes a STAB Blizzard to break through that combo normally, and I can almost always find time to set it up because with Milotic's and Dragonite's dragon tail, I essentially control which pokemon I want to fight. And if my foe is burned, then it can be almost impossible to take Dragonite down with my defensive boosts (The same thing holds true for milotic when it is out with Light Screen). Fire Blast is for the Levitating pokemon that are not easily damaged by my entry hazard strategy such as Bronzong, who can sometimes be a pain for Milotic to take down.

-My biggest and most pressing problem is when I fight a defensive pokemon capable of recovery. No matter how many times I phaze them out of the field, when they come back (with newly replenished spike and SR damage), they heal it off. I just cant defeat them sometimes. When they have toxic, I'm pretty much screwed. My only hope is that I haven't exploded with forry yet and that I can outspeed with milotic to kill after the explosion, and that's hardly reliable at all. Help with this would be nice, but I have no idea where to fit it in or what to do about this.

Please note that this is battle tower, so certain pokemon are banned. Also, Dream World is non-existent for me, so please avoid those kinds of suggestions. Otherwise I'm pretty good with whatever. Thanks for the help guys!
