Battle subway team, Mah first ever!

Ok so, this is what i have compiled so far. Haven't set foot in super trains yet, but haven't done much.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Timid
252 SpA 252 Sp 6 Hp
Hypnosis
Thunderbolt
Dark Pulse
Destiny Bond

Metagross @ Choice Sash
Adamant
252 Attack 252 Hp 6 Sp
Zen Headbutt
Hammer Arm
Pursuit
Bullet Punch

Whimsicott @ Leftovers
Bold
220 Sp 252 SpD 38 Def
Leech Seed
Encore
Cotton Guard
Substitute

Battle Subway strategy:

Gengar starts out as a suicide lead, and for a good reason. I throw out destiny bond unless i can OHKO the enemy and then work till i put them to sleep, then pass em off to Whimsicott.

Whimsicott throws out the next part of the strategy, starting with cotton guard if the enemy is prone to physical moves. If they are a Sp.Atk-er hardcore, i will throw out a substitute in the case of OHKO and try to slap em with leech seed. I bred it for speed, so if they throw a status move, i will try to throw encore and get them in a lock, then switch it out to Metagross.

I bred Metagross to find weaknesses, then spam the attack. The choice band makes him more powerful by 50%, so he will likely OHKO with a supereffective.

From now on i just pass to Whimsicott, Gengar, Whimsicott, Metagross, etc in a B A B C B A B C strategy.

So, what do you think? Thanks for your input if you provide it, and have a good day!

@Whimsicott- I have wonderful news for you. Whimsicott has this ability called prankster. That means that non-attacking moves have priority equal to things like quick attack. Your Whimsicott can always go first no matter how many Spd EVs you give it because that is its ability! This is assuming you want to keep Whimsicott, which I dont recommend.

@Metagross- He needs a complete revamp on his moveset. Metagross is the most important pokemon on your team, as he is who you depend most on. If you've killed off Gengar using Destiny Bond, then you are essentially relying on Metagross to do all of the offensive work. Because Metagross is slow, you could easily be picked off by a few fire moves. Whimsicott would meet a similar fate after metagross's fiery death. Synergy is so important with this team because of your suicide lead. You need two pokemon that perfectly cover their weaknesses. I therefore recommend two changes.

1. Change Metagross's set a little

Metagross @ Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 Def
-Meteor Mash
-Bullet Punch
-Hammer Arm
-Trick

Pursuit is completely useless in the Battle Subway. The computer almost never switches and a regular STAB Meteor Mash does almost twice as much as a super effective Pursuit. Hammer Arm and Bullet Punch are good. I replaced (painfully because Zen Headbut can come in handy in the battle subway) Zen headbutt with Trick. This will allow Metagross to handle a wider range of threats, and if played right can completely nuetralize certain pokemon that you otherwise would have been able to do no harm to (any highly defensive pokemon or bulky water).

2. I recommend changing Whimsicott. Normally, Whimsicott is a great poke, but there just isn't room for it in the battle tower IMO. Its unfortunate, because Whimsicott is fun to use and really cute. But I recommend something that resists Metagross's weaknesses. Metagross is weak to Ground and Fire. It sounds like a nice dragon-flying type would suit you to a T. Metagross could handle the ice, rock, and dragon as well. I would try Salamence who is often considered as the best Dragon/Flying Type. Using any of Salamences standard Sets would be good, except for choice ones as you already have metagross. You could also consider Latios, Latias, Flygon, or Hydreigon. Also, you should seriously consider being more conservative with Gengar's Destiny Bond. If you can predict a cetain attack type coming, switch to a counter, dont kill off Gengar. He is far to usefull. Only use Destiny Bond as a last resort. And I would use Shadow Ball over Dark Pulse, for STAB reasons.
