First of all, tell me if I posted this thread in the wrong place... I'm new to Smogon and haven't participated much in forums.

Second, I've just started really thinking about strategies... And I wan't to reach the competitive level, so tell me honestly what I should change.

So, my team for the battle subway is:

- Accelgor -
Nature: Jolly
EV's: 252 HP, 252 Speed
Item: Leftovers

Toxic
Protect
Substitute
Recover


- Lapras -
Nature: Modest
EV's: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Atk
Item: Chesto Berry

Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Surf
Rest

- Heatran -
Nature: Modest
EV's: 252 Speed, 252 Sp.Atk
Item: Air Balloon (I think that's the name of it)

Earth Power
Flamethrower
AncientPower
Explosion


What could and should I change?
