Background 1: Atlantis was found as an Eevee frolicking in the downtown public ponds of Celadon City. The Pokemon Control always tried to catch it, but it swam so well that the Officer Jennys were never able to catch it without slipping in the pools themselves! Its was drawn to Hyjack for some reason, and Hyjack nabbed it without a second thought. After becoming a trainer's Pokemon, the Eevee's trickery turned into strategy, and eventually it met with its Water Stone to evolve into a fittingly aquatic Vaporeon. Though it is often traveling all around, when Hyjack and co visit big cities, it loves to harass the authorities in the area by splashing water everywhere it can.
Merit 1: Adept control of all liquids containing water in an area, and can perform a creative water show in a crowded environment with enough sources of liquid.
Demerit 1: Can be an airhead when it comes to obedience, missing orders from its trainer in crucial moments.

Background 2: Repentance got its nickname as its trainer Hyjack saw it leading a group comprised of various Geodude, Zubat, and Koffing through a busy city street. Trainers looked on in confusion, then observed the organization on display as the Geodude collected trash in the street, the Koffing produced a strange gas that seems to merge with existing pollutants in the air, and the Zubat flapped its wings to blow the smog towards Weezing-Galar, who neutralized it. Onlookers were baffled at the organization on display that day.

Merit 1Driven and motivated, it is the first Pokemon of its species to successfully start a Go-Fund Me. Repentance tries to tackle the environmental impact of mass Repellants being used all over the world, damaging the ecosystem of the many caverns Weezing call home.
Demerit 2: Allegedly embezzles funds from its Kickstarter campaigns. No one knows what it would be spending money on though...
Title 2 (optional): Mr. Beast

The time is 3 am, and Hyjack is watching the coasts of Olivine City. It had started as a week of relaxation and holiday, sunbathing and sight seeing at this picturesque retreat. However this pleasant locale was disfigured by a deiluge of refuse and waste dumped into the water, changing it from blue to a toxic purple.
Hyjack and his pokemon were outraged by this violation of nature, and vowed to find the culprit themselves instead of waiting for the authorities.

A small splash is heard. creeping towards the noise Hyjack sees a small procession of pokemon hauling barrels towards the water and quietly rolling them off the pier. Following these pokemon, Hyjack arrives at a large industrial complex. Staying away from group of pokemon he was following, he sneaks to the back of the facility and levitates over the fence with Wheezing to start investigating. The complex is massive and does not seem to be in use, it's machines have rusted and decayed. The whole area has a strange, acidic smell, simlar to the smell that permeates the now ruined water around the city.

Hyjack feels a rhythmic throbbing through the ground. Perhaps the basement levels of the complex are still in use? However before he can look for a path downwards a light flicks on illuminating him and his pokemon!

"See? I told you Bob, I did hear someone nosing around our base. I don't know who you are, but why don't you put your pokemon back in their balls and come with me so we can have a nice long chat."

As this man talks a menacing group of pokemon take up positions around you. Next to the speaking man hunches a thuglike Gurdur (presumably "Bob"), a giggling drowsee closes the door you entered from and 2 koffing float outside the nearest window. His offer seems unappealing, but there are too many pokemon to fight.

What will our hero Hyjack do?
 
As Hyjack is encircled, he makes sure to wear the guise of surprise, throwing his hands up and stammering as he says "H-hey we don't want any trouble! We're just concerned about the environment see!" He makes sure to look around "frantically," scoping out the room they're in. Weezing floats above with a stoic, unchanging expression. It knows what's about to go down.

"I'll come with you though," Hyjack says, approaching the man and disregarding the request to return his Pokemon, "but I do have to warn you, it can get chilly when you're... you're...." he stops. The man tilts his head curiously, and the surrounding Pokemon are waiting for the sentence to finish. "Gah, gotta work on the one liners. ATLANTIS!" Hyjack yells, interrupting whatever he was about to say.

Before any of the antagonists can react, a shadowy figure shoots out of Repentance's top-hat thing, and it lets out a Smokescreen which quickly fills the room. Hyjack and co. dash to a reachable window he'd seen when scoping the place out. The goons, though caught off guard, notice what's going on and they try to pursue! Key word try, beacuse they are frozen in place! That shadowy figure was Hyjack's Vaporeon, Atlantis. In the midst of the smokescreen being spread, it swiftly targetted each enemy and froze them in place with its Ice Beam!

Hyjack and co make it out the window, and head towards the root of the problem. Not the shore where the barrels are being dumped, but to the source, where the barrels are being produced!
 
Hyjack jumps through the window and races across the ground. His target, a door to a basement, now illuminated by the flickering lights the villains turned on. He reaches the door but it is closed by a thick padlock. Weezing begins to eat through the lock with acid, but this gives time for some pursuers to catch up. Bob the Gurdur was strong enough to break through the ice, and a drowsing kommo-o was woken by all the commotion and also came to bar Hyjack's path. A fight seems inevitable until the doorway opens.

Hyjack wins the first battle!
 
Mr Daily's acid finally melted through the lock, letting Hyjack escape before opposing reinforcements could arrive.
he dashed through a maze of coridors getting closer and closer to the source of the corruption.
Finally he arrived at a huge door, his every instinct told him that the answer to all the mysteries lay behind it.
"Mr Daily, break it down!" he shouted then stopped, startled.
Neither of his pokemon were with him, they must have been seperated during their escape.
How will his pokemon find him before his enemies do?
 
Hyjack, frazzled about his missing partners, turns towards this new obstacle. Searching for Repentance and Atlantis would just discard all the progress they've made, and they're slick and tough enough to handles themselves. He turns to the door, and re-focuses on advancing...

Repentance wasn't able to keep up with Hyjack, and actually got left behind in the labrynth of a base they invaded! It was no biggie, because it met up with Atlantis who seemed to have gone even further ahead and scouted the area. Repentance felt reassured at the Vaporeon's presence because it knew, from experience, that if it scouted ahead and returned, their trainer Hyjack would be able to handle what was ahead. Through a series of gestures, Atlantis referenced a previous plan they've executed, and Repentance caught on right away.

The Weezing-Galar followed Atlantis' lead and, on the way to a specific spot, created some Toxic Spikes within its mouth, which it then laid out on the path that Vaporeon indicated. Somehow, they had enough time to plant a bunch of them, and it seemed like the Vaporeon was leading them back to Hyjack, making sure anyone in pursuit would have to get passed the trap.

The spikes aren't the only thing - Vaporeon charged up and used Mud Slap on the corridor! The mud it created would camouflage the hazards, and would be hardly noticeable in the dimly lit base. After the trap was set, they hurried to meet up with their trainer!
 
Hyjack's teams traps stop the majority of their opponents, but two sneak through!
A hypno is forewarned about the locations of the spikes, and takes a different path forwards.
An empoleon waddles through the spikes, its skin too tough to pierce.

These opponents catch up at the same time Hyjack's team reach him and the next fight begins!
