battling

My brother is trying to battle, but everytime he hits battle, and it takes him to the screen where you rearange your team, he hits ok, and it just brings the window up again. any ideas on how to fix this.
 
Make sure that you have updated to the latest version of Pokemon Online. That can sometimes be the issue.
 
I've had this issue before. You need to wait until your opponent picks their Pokemon if you haven't updated, then the boxes will stop regenerating.
