I could be wrong, but my sources tell me that Alolan Vulpix blood tastes and feels very much like a Wild Cherry Icee drink. Whether that's true or not, Nincada seems to be enjoying it! However, he loses an extra 4 EN a3 from drinking too much blood too quickly and getting a brainfreeze.

Vulpix makes a disgusted face as Weedle sinks its stinger-tipped tail into her hide. She may not be a Fairy-Type, but even without a type-weakness she feels a certain instinctual revulsion to the attack. Blood-sucking fangs, sharp venomous stingers, pinching teeth -- There's a certain invasiveness to these methods of attack that sends chilling fear down one's spine, causing as much emotional damage as it does physical. I for one would rather suffer rocks or mud or even fire thrown my way than to have some insect stab its fidgety little teeth into me. How revolting.

As for Grimer, it looks like he's trying to do... something, but I can't tell what. In the end all he's really doing is moseying up to Swirlpool and flailing his arms haphazardly. As a battle tactic it works fine I suppose. His bodily ooze seems to have dangerous properties just from contact alone!
