Hello everyone! Now that my Ubers Seasonal run is over, i don't really have anywhere else to play this team, so i figured i would make my first ever RMT with the team i enjoyed the most playing. Most of you probably know me as an RUer, but since USUM i always had interested in trying Ubers, and the start of a new gen was the perfect opportunity to try it out. Didn't work out as i expected since the only legendaries released at the time were the 2 dogs, but now Ubers is finally looking how it should, and it's ton of fun.

Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Defog
- Tailwind
Aerodactyl has a few things going for it, first it... obviously has Stealth Rocks. It has a ton of great utility moves to accompany them tho; Taunt helps a ton making sure the opponent doesnt get hazards up at all, and they will never get another chance again since the team will put way too much offensive pressure for the opponent to think about getting hazards up. Defog is necessary for the Shuckle matchup, since it will always get Stealth Rocks up with Mental Herb and Sturdy. In some of the replays below, you will see me using Toxic instead of Defog, but i changed that as soon as i realized how much annoying the Shuckle matchup was. Tailwind allows to put immediate pressure vs anything the opponent might have led with, there have been a lot of occasions where my opponent led with Calyrex-Ghost, just to get Tailwind'd. At this point, i needed something to make sure my Stealth Rocks stayed up, so here i pick Yveltal.

Yveltal @ Life Orb
Ability: Dark Aura
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Dual Wingbeat
- Taunt
Yveltal is great for many reasons on this team. It has Taunt, which is obviously nice to keep Stealth Rocks up, one of the strongest priority moves in Sucker Punch, which always helps vs any offensive team, and is immune to Sticky Webs. Knock Off is stupidly strong thanks to Dark Aura, and Dual Wingbeat helps beating other Yveltal after you taunted them. It also helps versus Slurpuff Lead, since Aerodactyl just gets Magic Coat'd while here you can force the 50/50. At this point, i needed to get the threats rolling. The first pick was of course gonna be the one and only Xerneas.

Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Geomancy
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Rock Slide
Not much to say about Xerneas really, it's one of the strongest sweepers in the game, and the only reliable counterplay is Necrozma-DM + priority move. Focus Blast hits Steel types that would otherwise beat you like Ferrothorn or Melmetal, while Rock Slide bots Shedinja and may get you lucky versus Whirlwind Ho-Oh. Talking about threats, we can't forget about Calyrex-Ghost.

Calyrex-Shadow @ Focus Sash
Ability: As One (Spectrier)
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Astral Barrage
- Psyshock
- Draining Kiss
- Nasty Plot
Focus Sash Calyrex-Shadow is personally the most scary set to face for me. If it ever gets the chance to snowball (which isnt really hard, Yveltal will most likely chip opposing Yveltal and there goes your resist), revengkilling it with Choice Scarf Calyrex-Ghost or Shadow Sneak Marshadow is not an option anymore. It has great sinergy with Aerodactyl lead, since Stealth Rocks will most likely never be up. With the removal of Pursuit, you never really have enough Ghost types in a team, and thats where Marshadow comes in! (I know Marshadow isnt really the most Pursuit-trappable Pokemon, but let me have this one)

Marshadow @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Poltergeist
- Shadow Sneak
- Bulk Up
Another pretty self-explanatory Pokemon, hits really hard and gives me more priority moves for opposing offensive teams. With Poltergeist + Adamant it's able to beat most Eternatus defensive spreads, and Close Combat destroys the few ghost resists. Bulk Up allows to potentially clean, especially in conjunction with Shadow Sneak. And now, last but not least, Eternatus!

Eternatus @ Power Herb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 124 HP / 252 SpA / 132 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dynamax Cannon
- Meteor Beam
- Flamethrower
- Agility
The spread allows you to outspeed Yveltal, Xerneas and Palkia while also outspeeding Choice Scarf Calyrex-Ghost after an Agility. Meteor Beam is great thank to the Special Attack boost, but it also helps nucking Ho-Oh and Yveltal. Dynamax Cannon is the strongest reliable stab while Flamethrower helps with Steel types. Agility allows you to potentially clean weakened teams, or just annoy your opponent for the rest of the team.

And here it goes!
As said above, this will always get Stealth Rocks up, so you'll need after to Defog them somehow with Aerodactyl.
Can win the speed tie vs your Aerodactyl '-'
With the nature of the team, there won't really be many offensive threats that you can't handle at all. However, Zacian has to be the most annoying of them. It's really fast and the team doesn't really have a Fairy switch-in, while Yveltal and Marshadow don't damage it enough with their priorities. Best thing you can do is abuse it to setup with Eternatus and try to bring it as low as possible with Stealth Rocks to revengkill it after with Calyrex-Ghost / Marshadow. You can also force it to absorb a Knock Off from Yveltal and play it out after that.
Team Building Process & Analysis
There are many suicide leads in Ubers (and with many i mean MANY, just look at the VR; Froslass, Shuckle, Slurpuff, or even less suicidal like Grimmsnarl), but my Pokemon of choice here was Aerodactyl.

Conclusion
My experience playing Ubers has been great, especially thanks to the amazing and welcoming community. I'm looking forward to play this tier more, in Ubers Premier League or in ladder with the potential new suspects soon. Thank you everyone for reading :)
