Beginner, need help with team

Hello, i very recently (just now actually) am trying to pick up competitive pokemon because it looks enjoyable— and want to make a team based around my favorite pokemon, Gallade, for the tier *Natdex UU*, may i please have some suggestions on what pokemon in the tier would work well as teammates for him?
