ORAS OU Beginner Volt switch team

So, this is my second team I've posted up here, and I'm hoping this one will get some better results. The team itself has plenty of holes that I'm working on. I haven't incorporated any moves to counter Dark types, and Psychic and Ghosts are still a problem and I'm looking for a better way to incorporate my Ice type attacks. currently I'm not very confident working with this team and I have an abundance of walls because I worry about not covering my attacker bee drill. So I do need a lot of help with this and have come to a place that I know gets good results (here)

Beedrill @ Beedrillite
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Acrobatics
- U-turn
- Protect
- Poison Jab

Beedrill is supposed to be the sweeper and core of this team, currently his EVs are fairly standard and work for his all out attack purpose, although choice scarfs normally screw him over. I chose the Acrobatics move as I know it gets results with pokemon such as talonflame and so, what I didn't account for is the fact that it works better when I don't have an item. So I do need some suggestions for that. U-turn is to get him out after he deals a good damage, poison jab is his back up hitter, and protect lets him mega easy.

Raikou @ Assault Vest
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Shadow Ball

Raikou is really my bird counter, I know Rotom-wash works better for stuff like this, but Raikou does have the speed to volt switch out. his stats are just to hit hard with special attacks and hit faster than the opponent. really, he's an all out attacker with some defence from the assault vest.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 188 SpD / 68 Spe
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock

Heatran is one of my many tanks, i chose him because of his fairy counter ability so that Mega Gardevoir becomes less of a problem, he can stall break as well and can set up stealth rocks, which works well with how the team forces changes. Toxic is just to slowly kill and lava plume is his STAB.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Ice Beam
- Wish
- Protect

Clefable is another tank. I really have grown to like her. but so far I didn't want to turn her into a special attacker out of fear that I will get destroyed because I don't have one of my 3 tanks. Wish lets her pick up teammates and herself, as she can just use protect for the next turn

Talonflame
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Acrobatics
- Roost
- U-turn
- Will-O-Wisp
Talonflame is a SPD talonflame, I probably could turn him into an attacker, but then I would be too terrified of a mega gardevoir even though I have my heatran.

Landorus-Therian @ Soft Sand
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 72 HP / 252 Atk / 184 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

And this is my other all out attacker. this is my 4th team PLEASE HELP ME

Ehy :)
Beedrill is a good niche in this metagame, because outspeed good part of this metagame, unfortunately despite its newfound stat increases and ability making its stab attacks incredibly powerful, it has poor coverage and still remain incredibly frail. Also it has a weakness to Stealth Rock
which it makes it difficult to use. Your team hasn't an hazards remove that for the reasons explained above it is a very suicidal. For this reason my suggest is to try Latios>Talonflame Latios improve your matchup against Charizard Y, because you haven't a really swich-in to it, also gives you an hazard remove and an second swich-in for Keldeo. You don't really need to Heatran in this team, because you have Talonflame that check Serperior and Landorus that gives you a Charizard check and hazard setter. Roost is the best option in this team because you don't need to Hidden Power Fire for lure Ferrothoen for example, because you have Heatran.
Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power Fire
- Defog
Also I think that Keldeo>Clefable in this team because gives you a good Stallbreaker because Stall Team are really annoying for this team, check Bisharp that is really a weakness for this team, because Heatran is SpD and don't outspeed it, and Latios/Clefable are a easily setup field, also you have Landorus that with Intimidate Boost the Bisharp'Attack and helps it to sweep your team. Also Beedrill really like a Water type that improve it with Ferrothorn and other Heatran that stop it. Specs is the best option in this team, because you don't need a revegekiller (You have Beedrill) and you need to pressure Stall Build. Ice wind is a good option in this team for lure latios, but Hidden Power Electric helps you against Azumarill, that is annoying for beedrill (Aqua jet) and you don't stop it with Raikou because isn't a safe Swich-in
Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power Electric
You have already a hazard setter, I think that Scarf Landorus>Defensive Set on this team, because gives you a good second revegekiller.
Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off
- U-turn
Summary of the changes:
  • Latios > Talonflame
  • Keldeo > Clefable
  • The set on Landorus
