Pending Being able to ban a typing from a tournament

Room tournaments are a fun part of showdown. They allow rooms and communities to do "what if?" experiments.

To add more possibilities, I suggest adding typing related arguments to the battlerules, such as:
/tour rules -fire Pokemon
-> Ban Fire types Pokemons
/tour rules - fire moves
-> Ban Fire-type moves
/tour rules -all Pokemon, +fire Pokemon
-> Only allows Fire-type Pokemon.
