Bellsprout has the potential to be extremely deadly in LC in gen 6 because Vulpix is allowed in the tier, Bellsprout has the ability Chlorophyll and this would seem the best and only reason to use Bellsprout at all. With Tangela being banned, Bellsprout is the preferred sun abuser in LC. Has access to a good movepool and strong stab moves in solarbeam and sludge bomb, as well as the physical variant with power whip and knock off, however, no leaf storm! With base 75 atk and 70 SpA Bellsprout has the choice to go either way, or even mixed allowing it to carry a slight element of surprise as well as a base 40 speed making it very fast in the sun!

-Solarbeam is the strongest grass move available with Bellsprout unfortunately not having access to Leaf Storm, can hinder not help Bellsprout if the sun turns run out and you're locked into solarbeam but in the meantime, it can still hit very very hard. Some calcs against some of the threats in LC:

196+ SpA Choice Specs Bellsprout Solar Beam vs. 0 HP / 100 SpD Swirlix: 25-30 (113.6 - 136.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

-Sludge Bomb for Spritzee and fire types that wall a solarbeam from Bellsprout.
-Weather Ball can be used to defeat those pesky Pawniards that wall both of Bellsprouts STAB moves.
-HP Fighting can be used to defeat pawniard if the sun is not in play.

Team Options:
-A stealth rocker (handy to allow Bellsprout to KO threats such as Meditite) possibly Dwebble or Gligar.
-Vulpix for Drought.

-Unlike the Choice Specs set, Life Orb Bellsprout can achieve almost the same amounts of power while not locking itself into only one move, as well as making use of Bellsprouts well rounded offensive stats with a mixed set.
-Solarbeam is just as strong than Power Whip but, as said before, it can hinder Bellsprout if the sun turns run out so Power Whip allows Bellsprout to access another powerful STAB move whilst also taking advantage of its offensive stats to hit opposing pokemon hard whether they're physically defensive or specially defensive.
-Giga Drain can be preferred over Solarbeam if you want to have an outlet to regain hp.
-The new Knock Off mechanics of gen 6 grant Bellsprout another strong coverage move to OHKO threats such as Misdreavus.

116 Atk Life Orb Bellsprout Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gligar: 16-19 (69.5 - 82.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
116 Atk Life Orb Bellsprout Power Whip vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Tentacool: 17-21 (73.9 - 91.3%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock


Team Options:
-As before, stealth rocker and
-A wish passer such as spritzee if you aren't running Giga Drain.

Other Options:
-Weather Ball instead of Power Whip or Knock Off on the mixed LO set.
-HP Rock for Larvesta/other fire types

Checks and Counters:
-Pawniard checks the Mixed LO set if not running Weather Ball, can also check the specs set if it switches in on a sludge bomb or solarbeam.
-Vulpix and other fire types such as Ponyta counter Bellsprout really easily, especially in the sun.

Excuse me orphic as awesome as bellsprout is and everything didnt hey sup already rserve bellsprout also why is there no growth sweeping set?

since you want it gone i'll move it to L&O (generally deletion isn't done in C&C since this could be used in case you get it back)
