Best Sweeper in the Game Poll

I will tell you how these sweeper match up in their environments:
Rayquaza has a 4x weakness to ICE
Gyarados has a 4x weakness to ELECTRIC
Garchomp has a 4x weakness to ICE
Mew has a 2x weakness to BUG, DARK, and GHOST
Arceus can have any combination of weaknesses

Rayquaza in my opinion is best but the complete ranks are up there.

Why isn't porygon-z on the list? Why isn't SDLUKE?

I suppose you can't fit them all... and most of these guys are ubers.

In my opinion, on that list there, the best sweeper is RAYQUAZA because it has dragon dance, or swords dance extreme speed.

Although it is slow, (compared to other ubers)it has like 450 of both attack stats, a priority move, and can boost it's speed.

ARCUES is definately the second best. It has base 120 of everything and can learn almost any move. It has a stab 150ish base power move on the special side, recover, insane HP and defenses, swords dance, and extreme speed.

Why are there only 5 sweepers at choice when there are many more than all have their own good points as too poor qualities? I also don't see why you've picked two Pokemon out of the OverUsed tier and three from the Ubers tier. You are atleast expected to argue why you believe that these 5 were your desired five, and that forgetting the others was a reasonable decision - you have not. Comparing sweepers to one another when each of them fair greater in certain situations doesn't generate intelligant discussion at all - you can not have a best.
