Yeah, first of all, while your format is...interesting, it's not the format typically used on this site. I don't know why the random numbers are there, but they've got to go. Also, you need descriptions of what your Pokemon do on your team, why you picked them, how they help the team function as a whole, etc. And those descriptions must be at least three lines long. If you don't make those changes, a mod's gonna lock this thread.
Until you've made the necessary format changes, I'm not gonna give a detailed rate, but one thing I'd like to note is that, while Smogon generally encourages coming up with original strategies and uses for Pokemon, saying that you have the best OU team in the world while packing a certain elephant who shall go lamed...gah, I mean unnamed...on that team is generally going to result in a lot of derisive comments, interspersed with a few genuinely witty comments, being thrown your way. The Pachyderm Who Must Not Be Named seems like a good idea on paper, but...well, he was the subject of an April Fool's analysis satirizing how bad he is, so...yeah, don't use him in OU. Anything he can do, something else can do way better.
