Better Sweeper?

Im torn between two special sweepers on my team, Heatran and SpecsLuke, and i dont want to have two extra fight and ground weak. I have sets for each, but which is the better sweeper?

Lucario @ CSpecs
Modest (+SpA, -Att)
252 SpA/Spd, 6 HP
Vaccum Wave/Psychic
HP Ice
Aura Sphere
Dark Pulse

A pretty standard SpecsLuke, Vacuum Wave over Psychic for kills on Weavile, and can survive a standard Weavile Brick Break.

Heatran @ CSpecs
Mild/Rash/Timid(+SpA,-Def/SpD or +Spd,-Att)
252 SpA/204 Spd/52 HP
Magma Storm/Lava Plume/Fire Blast
Earth Power
Dragon Pulse
Explosion/HP Grass or Electric

A pretty standard SpecsTran as well. Magma Storm for trapping and residual damage, although i might consider Lava Plume or Fire Blast. Dragon Pulse for dragons (obviously). I'm debating between Explosion and HP Grass and Electric. Explosion is obviously a last ditch attempt at KO, when low health. HP Grass is OHKO on any Swampert(I think) and HP Electric takes down Gyarados.

Any opinions between the two?

uh yeah, there's pretty much no way anybody can reccomend one over the other without looking at your entire team. Neither one is better than the other, you should use the one that complements your team's weaknesses and resistances the most.
