I initially created this team for the purpose of testing the quirks of random pokemon in the hopes of discovering some ingenious strategy to defeat everyone. Sadly, I wasn't successful.
Nevertheless, I continued to test a variety of unique strategies from the NU, UU, and OU spectrum. After numerous failures, my team morphed into a more generic version of a "paraflinch hax abuse team." (If that's what you call it)
I suppose you could say the primary purpose of this team is to slowly chip away at the opponent's HP and status them until the majority of their team is crippled. (primarily with jirachi, togekiss, and Scrafty). Once the opponent's team seems to be in horrible shape, I'd either send in latias to do some major sweeping or breloom to bring it home.
Although I've been losing frequently with this team, I highly enjoy the strategies involved (unlike the people who battle me) and I'd like to know if you all believe this team has any potential.

Bibarel @ Leftovers
Trait: Simple
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Attack / 4 Spdef
Trait: Careful (+Spdef, - Spatk)
- Curse
- Amnesia
- Quick Attack
- Waterfall
To be completely honest, I actually have no idea what Bibarel is doing on this team. At first, I was fascinated with the idea of opening with an uncommon pokemon that could setup with immense status boosts (Simple is just a godly trait) and potentially sweep away an entire team in one shot. However, as that has happened only once, I've been disillusioned. In reality, I constantly find myself having to deal with opponents switching their teams around and putting Rotom-W/Lucario/Jolteon/other fighting/electric types first in their party when they battle me. However, I do have appropriate counters to both of those, so it really isn't a big deal. For the most part, Bibarel can be an extremely useful revenge killer on pokemon that have been weakened to near-death states. Although I usually find Bibarel dead in the first turn or two, he has the potential to wreak havoc.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Spdef / 32 Spd
Trait: Careful (+Spdef, - Spatk)
- Iron Head
- Body Slam
- Wish
- Fire Punch
Jirachi serves as an amazing check to Draco Meteors by Latios, Thunders by Rotom-Ws/Jolteons, and bullet punches by scizor. Jirachi usually does a satisfactory job of scaring/destroying ferrothrons/scizors; however, with the sheer number of fighting pokemon in the metagame, Jirachi usually meets his fate quickly. This can sometimes be problem. Nevertheless, Wish provides great support to Latias if she's weakened or Scrafty if he needs a chance to bulk up and obliterate.

Scrafty @ Leftovers
Trait: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Atk / 248 Spdef
Trait: Careful (+Spdef, - Spatk)
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Crunch
- Rest
This little critter has done wonders for me. I decided to add him to the team on a whim, and he has definitely proved more useful than I ever thought he'd be. He usually puts an end to all the Landorus I meet, can fatally damage Blissey/Chansey, and can obliterate ghost pokemon (such as Gengar) with Crunch. If I can get a bulk up or two, this guy can rip apart while healing himself with drain punch. If he ever finds himself with low HP but unable to heal himself with Drain punch, Rest does the job fantastically. (Shed Skin is usually in my favor) My main issue with Scrafty is his lack of power. I usually find myself dealing an inadequate amount of damage to truly abuse drain punch. I've been debating whether to add attack EVs to him, but I'm not sure if the lack of defense will be noticeable.

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spdef
Trait: Calm (+ Spdef, - Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Aura Sphere
- Air Slash
- Roost
Togekiss is one-of-a-kind. I can't tell you how many times I've found myself in a position where Togekiss easily transitions into a pokemon's move, proceeds to thunder wave, and then Air slashes/Roosts until the opponent's death. However, he easily dies from a measly ice beam, and if he gets paralyzed he becomes almost useless. Nevertheless, he serves his purpose wonderfully, and I've even considered making him my starter at times.

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 12 HP / 244 Atk / 252 Spd
Trait: Adamant (+ Atk, - Spatk)
- Spore
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Seed Bomb
This is your standard Breloom. Once most of the opponent's pokemon have been either paralyzed or damaged, Breloom can come in and spore any remaining survivors, set up his substitute, and proceed to sweep away. Surprisingly, this has happened a countless number of times. (I find way more openings than I thought I would) Seed bomb checks certain pokemon that would otherwise be immune to focus punch (or barely be damaged by it). It effectively gets rid of common water threats, and can even be used as a last-resort mechanism.

Latias @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spatk / 252 Spd
Trait: Timid (+ Spd, - Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Surf
- Trick
Latias is probably one of the most useful pokemon in this team. I can send this gal in as a revenge killer on almost ANY pokemon and force the opponent to send in a steel type. In fact, this has happened so often that I've basically become accustomed to switching out immediately to Togekiss/Jirachi/Breloom after sending in Latias. Not only does she force my opponents to squirm in inferiority, but she also possesses the ability to cause some massive damage. If the opponent is out of steel pokemon by late game, Latias will usually complete the job herself. In addition, Draco Meteor can do some enormous damage to any pokemon that are causing me considerable damage. Finally, Trick effectively eliminates most Blissey threats (and a variety of other setup pokemon) gives breloom a clear opening.
So there it is. I usually find myself in trouble with stalling teams. Terrakion seems to be a huge threat, as it almost always kills one of my pokemon and forces me to send in latias. Lead DD Tyranitars also possess the potential to cause some major problems for me. I really don't know.
If you think this team actually has potential, then throw your advice at me. I'd appreciate it.
