I'm going to be getting back into RNG soon, so as I get stuff, I'll make it available.
Basic:
-As I generally won't be looking for anything in return, I would absolutely love it if you could take the Pokemon through a .pkm file. If you can't, remember, I have other stuff to do and trading/transferring takes time, so don't expect the trade to be instant
-Everything I offer is mine, if it isn't, it will say otherwise

-You may do whatever you wish with my Pokemon; It would be nice if you gave me credit for it, but I wouldn't know anyways

What I Use:
-Everything should be done on either a Black/White 2
-Never ask for a legendary! If it's available, it'll be listed here
-How I get stuff: RNG in legal cartridge->Transfer to an r4->Open game file and check IV's->Use rare candies to level up->Transfer back to legal game for trade

-I am very unlikely to say no for a trade, but if it is not a fair trade, don't expect it to become a high priority for me

Edit: Rare Candies are fine. This does not extend to increasing the level with any third party tool directly.
