Set Details
========
- Sharp Beak Tornadus is a bulky offensive support Pokémon that can output decent damage with Bleakwind Storm. It has a positive matchup versus various meta staples, such as Koriadon, Rillaboom, and Amoonguss; as well as a good neutral matchup into much more of the metagame.
- Bleakwind Storm is its main STAB attack and Taunt provides disruption, denying otherwise potentially crippling plays from opposing Wide Guard, Spore, Follow Me, Trick Room, and more; it's especially helpful versus Trick Room and Wide Guard users, since negating those allows for Tailwind and Bleakwind Storm to be effective.
- Sharp Beak lets Tornadus be more flexible since it will be able to deal good chip even when Taunted, as well as allowing Tornadus to run more bulk. With the Sharp Beak, it has a chance to OHKO Koraidon; and 2HKOs Amoonguss and Rillaboom.
- The Defense and HP investment allows it to live a Behemoth Blade from Zacian-C and a Surging Strikes from Mystic Water Urshifu-R; the Special Defense investment allows Tornadus to survive an Astral Barrage or a Psychic from a Life Orb Calyrex-S. The Speed investment lets Tornadus outspeed the entire unboosted meta under Tailwind, as well as letting partner Smeargle outspeed and use Decorate on Tornadus, letting +2 Tornadus OHKO and 2HKO everything in the meta that isn't Miraidon or Assault Vest Kyogre, and even those end up being 3HKOs. All other EVs are dumped into Special Attack.
- Tera Dragon
permits it to live a Water Spout in Rain from Kyogre, a Flare Blitz from Koraidon in Sun, a Meteor Beam from Lunala, and an Overheat from Modest Chi-Yu.

Teambuilding
=========
- Tornadus dislikes opposing Whimsicott, since a Taunt or Encore will largely limit Tornadus' usefulness. It's also susceptible to Fake Out users like Incineroar and Iron Hands since it doesn't have Covert Cloak or Tera Ghost, unlike with other sets.
- Tornadus is countered by Raging Bolt, Miraidon, and Calyrex-I; all of whom threaten OHKOs on Tornadus both in and out of Tera and can easily take Bleakwind Storms multiple times.
- Tornadus appreciates Smeargle, since Smeargle can redirect dangerous Electro Drifts, Thunderclaps, and Thunderbolts from Miraidon and Raging Bolt, respectively; and can block opposing Glacial Lances and Water Spouts/Origin Pulses from Calyrex-I and Kyogre, respectively, with Wide Guard.
- Restricted Pokémon like Zamazenta-C, Calyrex-S, and Kyogre appreciate being around Tornadus since it can let them outspeed everything with Tailwind, excluding Booster Energy Speed Iron Treads and Flutter Mane. Tornadus can also deny opposing Wide Guard with Taunt, letting Calyrex-S and Kyogre freely fire off Astral Barrage and Water Spout, respectively.
- Rillaboom acts as a check against Raging Bolt and Miraidon, easily tanking Electric-type damage for Tornadus while also getting rid of Electric Terrain with its own terrain, as well as being important Fake Out support that can Fake Out first over Incineroar and Iron Hands.
- Raging Bolt is a wonderful partner as well for Tornadus since they cover each other great defensively, and together have nigh near unresisted coverage; Raging Bolt also acts as a revenge killer versus Miraidon and opposing Raging Bolt after Tailwind has been set up.

Little note: You can remember for future pieces to focus on why certain moves are used in the context of the current format, (for a specific pokemon / purpose). So you'll have something to write about other than dex info. Otherwise if too general, then just skip it.

Set Details
========
- Sharp Beak Tornadus is a surprisingly threatening bulky support Pokémon that can also output decently consistent since it can prevent opponents from playing the game with status moves and has the potential for huge damage with Bleakwind Storm. It matches up quite well into nearly every lead and has the ability to rapidly pick up KOs. (Tiny bit too general, this set overall defines Torn as a bulky support pokemon who can also do decent damage, you also haven't included any good matchups)
- Bleakwind Storm is its one and only attacking move, being a main STAB dual-target Flying-type move that can deal huge spread damage to unsupported opponents opposing pokemon (opponents = person from the other side of the screen) and has a 30% chance to lower the speeds of opposing Pokémon. Tailwind doubles the speed of your own team for four turns, opening up oppressive offensive capabilities from partners, as well as itself. (Dex info) Taunt is incredibly important as it blocks the use of an opponent's status moves for three turns, provides disruption, denying otherwise potentially crippling plays from opposing Wide Guard, Spore, Follow Me, Trick Room, Encore, and more.
- The Sharp Beak (or, Flying Plate if so preferred: it's just a reskin of the Sharp Beak) enhances the power of the holder's Flying-type moves by 20% with no drawback - a huge benefit for this Tornadus. (dex info, I guess something you could write is how SB allows torn to be more flexible to deal sizable damage while remaining 'bulky')
- The Defense and HP investment on this Tornadus allows it to live a Behemoth Blade from +1 Zacian-Crowned Forme, at least one Heavy Slam from +1 Zamazenta-Crowned Forme, (Not too common to consider) or a Surging Strikes from 252 Atk Adamant Nature (max attack isn't ran on mystic water specifically) Mystic Water Urshifu-Rapid-Strike; the SpD investment allows one attack from a Life Orb 252 SpA Modest Nature (doesn't exist) Calyrex-Shadow Rider. The Speed investment lets Tornadus outspeed everything that isn't Choice Scarf Miraidon or Speed Booster Energy users when Tornadus' own Tailwind is up. Everything else is dumped into Special Attack. The Speed investment also lets partner Decorate Smeargle outspeed and use Decorate on Tornadus, letting it get an immense amount of 2HKOs and OHKOs. (You could move this to the partner's section)
- Tera Dragon is an exceptional Tera for Tornadus given that it will let it live a max power Water Spout in Rain from any Kyogre, an Electro Drift from Choice Specs Modest Nature Miraidon on Electric Terrain, a Life Orb Flare Blitz from Koriadon Koraidon in Sun, at least three Thunderbolt hits from Raging Bolt (Not much Torn can do in return if it survives, may as well let it die setting up Tailwind), a +1 Meteor Beam from Lunala, or and an Overheat in Sun from Choice Scarf Chi-Yu.

Teambuilding
=========
- Tornadus dislikes opposing Prankster users, since a Taunt, Encore, or Thunder Wave can make Tornadus next to useless (Useless is kind of an overstatement, you can still do decent chip thanks to Sharp Beak or threaten huge damage to Whim the prankster user). It's also susceptible to Fake Out users, who can flinch it while its partner deals heavy damage to it. (better wording could be, allowing the opponent to stay ahead, something similar to that)
- Tornadus is heavily checked or even outright countered by Raging Bolt, Miraidon, and Calyrex-Ice Rider; all of whom threaten OHKOs on Tornadus both in and out of Tornadus' Tera Dragon - not to mention that neither Miraidon nor Raging Bolt cares about being Taunted, for the most part. (Add the part where Tornadus can't do any meaningful damage)
- Tornadus absolutely appreciates Smeargle, since Smeargle can completely disrupt opponent's strategies with Fake Out, Spore, and Follow Me or just boost Tornadus(AC, I can't add it because mine is too bent) damage with Decorate.
- Restricted Pokémon like Zamazenta-Crowned Forme, Calyrex-Shadow Rider, and Kyogre also appreciate being around Tornadus since it can let them outspeed everything with Tailwind, as well as allowing spread attackers to attack more freely by denying opposing Wide Guard for the ones with spread moves. (Zama can also use wide guard on CIR)
(Add Rilla in this set as a check against Raging Bolt Miraidon in terms of terrain and electric resist)

(Raging Bolt could be added as well for Torn resisting Ground while Raging Bolt resist electric, as well as raging bolt being able revenge kill Miraidon and opposing Raging Bolt after TW setup)

- Sharp Beak Tornadus is a surprisingly threatening support Pokémon, since it can prevent opponents from playing the game with status moves (this makes no sense) and has the potential for deals huge damage with Sharp Beak-boosted Bleakwind Storm (here you can say something like "... and can support its team with strong, supportive options"). It matches up quite well into nearly every lead and has the ability to rapidly pick up KOs (this is overstating tornadus's viability. Here is probably where you should talk about Torn's naturally strong MUs, notably Koraidon, Amoonguss, and the Urshifu formes).
- Bleakwind Storm is its one and only attacking move, being a STAB dual-target Flying-type move that can deal huge damage to unsupported opponents and has a 30% chance to lower the speeds of opposing Pokémon. Tailwind doubles the speed of your own team for four turns (all obvious / dex info. I don't think you need to explain why Bleakwind Storm is here either, granted it is pretty obvious.), opening Tailwind is able to open up oppressive offensive capabilities from for its partners, as well as itself (this just feels kind of empty. What " offensive capabilities " are you talking about?). Taunt is incredibly important as it blocks the use of an opponent's status moves for three turns, denying otherwise potentially crippling plays from opposing Wide Guard, Spore, Follow Me, Trick Room, Encore, and more (again, you are just providing dex information. I would talk about Wide Guard and Trick Room more, since shutting them down opens up both Bleakwind Storm and Tailwind, respectively. You can probably remove Follow Me, since it doesn't really bother Tornadus.).
- The Sharp Beak (or, Flying Plate if so preferred: it's just a reskin of the Sharp Beak) enhances the power of the holder's Flying-type moves by 20% with no drawback - is a huge benefit for this Tornadus (A lot of this is dex information again. Why is Sharp Beak good for Tornadus? Try mentioning some KOs that Tornadus can only achieve with Sharp Beak).
- The Defense and HP investment on this Tornadus allows it Tornadus to live a Behemoth Blade from +1 Zacian-Crowned Forme, at least one Heavy Slam from +1 Zamazenta-Crowned Forme, or and a Surging Strikes from 252 Atk Adamant Nature Mystic Water Urshifu-Rapid-Strike; (Don't need to mention +1, it's a given because of their respective abilites. Also, mystic ursh dont run 252). The SpD Special Defense investment allows one attack from a lets Tornadus survive a Life Orb 252 SpA Modest Nature Calyrex-Shadow Rider. The Speed investment lets Tornadus outspeed everything that isn't Choice Scarf Miraidon or Speed Booster Energy users the entire unboosted meta (just sounds better + takes up less space) when Tornadus' own Tailwind is up. Everything else is dumped into Special Attack (move this to the end of the section). The Speed investment also lets partner Decorate Smeargle outspeed and use Decorate on Tornadus, letting it get an immense amount of 2HKOs and OHKOs (instead of this, mention some KOs it picks up with Decorate boosts).
- Tera Dragon is an exceptional Tera for Tornadus given that it will let it live a max power used to help against Water Spout in Rain from any Kyogre, an Electro Drift from Choice Specs Modest Nature Miraidon on Electric Terrain (you need to live edrift anyways, no need to mention all the multipliers), a Life Orb Flare Blitz from Koriadon in Sun, at least three Thunderbolt and Thunderclap hits from Raging Bolt, a +1 Meteor Beam from Lunala, or and an Overheat in Sun from Choice Scarf Chi-Yu. (all the multipliers don't really need to be there IMO, I also think Chi-Yu should be removed for Iron Hands / Ogerpon-C, since Chi-Yu isn't too threatening to Tornadus)

Teambuilding
=========
- Tornadus dislikes opposing Prankster users, since a Taunt, Encore, or Thunder Wave can make Tornadus next to useless. It's also susceptible to Fake Out users, who can flinch it while its partner deals heavy damage to it. (I have a few things wrong with this. First is that this is an offensive Tornadus + Tailwind, so realistically only Encore should be mentioned. Or instead of mentioning Encore, you can just call out Whimsicott since it is faster than Tornadus and can lock it into Tailwind, Taunt, or Protect pretty easily. Second thing is that you should actually mention the Fake Out users like Iron Hands and Incineroar)
- Tornadus is heavily checked or even outright countered by Raging Bolt, Miraidon, and Calyrex-Ice Rider; all of whom threaten OHKOs on Tornadus both in and out of Tornadus' Tera Dragon - not to mention that neither Miraidon nor Raging Bolt cares about being Taunted, for the most part (not that big, I'd much rather see you mention that they can easily eat Bleakwind Storm).
- Tornadus absolutely appreciates Smeargle, since Smeargle can completely disrupt opponent's strategies with Fake Out, Spore, and Follow Me or just boost Tornadus with Decorate. (none of this really is applicable here. Instead, I would write about how Smeargle can use Follow Me to disturb Mirai and Bolt while using Wide Guard to stop Glacial Lance from CIR. After that you can then mention Decorate and omit the rest)
- Restricted Pokémon like Zamazenta-Crowned Forme, Calyrex-Shadow Rider, and Kyogre also appreciate being around Tornadus since it can let them outspeed everything with Tailwind. (AP) as well as Tornadus can also deny opposing Wide Guard with Taunt, for the ones with spread moves, letting Calyrex-S and Kyogre freely fire off Astral Barrage and Water Spout, respectively. (mention how zama-c beats whims. I would also add something to beat Fake Out, could probably just be something on Protect but mentioning faster Fake Out in the Smeargle section works too.)

Set Details
========
- Sharp Beak Tornadus is a bulky support Pokémon that can output decently consistent good (is it really consistent?) damage with Bleakwind Storm. It has a great (probably change this to "positive" instead, the Koraidon matchup isn't "great" by any means, same with Urshifu. This was a mistake on my part tbf, I think you should drop Urshifu for Amoonguss here) matchup versus much of the meta, notably meta staples such as Koriadon, Rillaboom, and the Urshifu forms.
- Bleakwind Storm is its main STAB move that can deal huge spread damage to opposing Pokémon (I personally don't really like this because it is pretty obvious tbh. You also originally wrote decent damage, so writing huge damage here makes no sense. Yes it is obviously a spread move, obviously STAB). Taunt provides disruption, denying otherwise potentially crippling plays from opposing Wide Guard, Spore, Follow Me, Trick Room, Encore, and more (see what I wrote in my first check posted above).
- The Sharp Beak lets Tornadus be more flexible since will be able to deal good chip even when Taunted, as well as allowing Tornadus to run more bulk. (and? What are some new KOs you achieve with Sharp Beak that Tornadus can't achieve without it?)
- The Defense and HP investment on this Tornadus allows it to live a Behemoth Blade from +1 Zacian-C (already implied by zac's ability; write as if the reader knows Pokemon and isn't a complete idiot) or and a Surging Strikes from Mystic Water Urshifu-Rapid-Strike; the SpD Special Defense investment allows one attack from a Tornadus to survive either an Astral Barrage or Psychic from Life Orb Calyrex-S. The Speed investment lets Tornadus outspeed everything that isn't Choice Scarf Miraidon or Speed Booster Energy users when Tailwind is up (see what I wrote in my other check above. Also, does the speed do anything outside of TW and if so, it would be good to mention). Everything else is dumped into Special Attack (move this below the following line). The Speed investment also lets partner Smeargle outspeed and use Decorate on Tornadus, letting it become a menace (instead of this, write KOs Tornadus can now achieve with +2).
- Tera Dragon
is an exceptional Tera for Tornadus given that it will let it live a max power lets Tornadus survive a Water Spout in Rain from any Kyogre, a Life Orb (in the sun you sometimes die to clam blitz so mentioning the item isnt too necessary) Flare Blitz from Koraidon in Sun, a +1 (already implied bc you're mentioning mbeam) Meteor Beam from Lunala, and an Overheat in Sun from Choice Scarf Chi-Yu (no need to mention scarf bc it doesn't affect dmg. If you wanted to you could just write modest).

Teambuilding
=========
- Tornadus dislikes opposing Prankster users, since a Taunt, Encore, or Thunder Wave can make Tornadus far less valuable, especially if Encored (again, check above). It's also susceptible to Fake Out users like Incineroar and Iron Hands because it doesn't have Covert Cloak or Tera Ghost.
- Tornadus is heavily countered by Raging Bolt, Miraidon, and Calyrex-I; all of whom threaten OHKOs on Tornadus both in and out of Tornadus' Tera Dragon and can easily eat take multiple Bleakwind Storms.
- Tornadus appreciates Smeargle, since Smeargle can completely disrupt opponent's strategies with all sorts of moves, such as its own Wide Guard and a fast Fake Out and can Decorate Tornadus, as mentioned before. (again check above)
- Restricted Pokémon like Zamazenta-C, Calyrex-S, and Kyogre also appreciate being around Tornadus since it can let them outspeed everything with Tailwind, as well as allowing spread attackers to attack more freely by denying Wide Guard. (check above)
- Rillaboom acts as a check against Raging Bolt and Miraidon, easily tanking Thunderbolts and Electro Drifts for Tornadus while also getting rid of Electric Terrain, as well as being important Fake Out support. (mention that rillaboom is faster than other fake out users like incin and hands, so it is able to deny their fake out with its own)
- Raging Bolt is a wonderful partner as well for Tornadus, resisting Electric while Tornadus is immune to Ground; Raging Bolt also acts as a revenge killer versus Miraidon and opposing Raging Bolt after Tailwind has been set up. (this feels so meh; bolt pairs with Tornadus nicely because together they have nearly unresistable coverage. While your points work they aren't very strong; I don't mind the second one, but the first could go tbh, especially since ground moves are rare to come by outside of hhp from cir and lando)

- Bleakwind Storm is its main STAB, Tailwind provides important speed control, (this is my fault) and Taunt provides disruption, denying otherwise potentially crippling plays from opposing Wide Guard, Spore, Follow Me, Trick Room, Encore (isn't relevant enough, really only run on like 2 mons), and more; it's especially helpful versus Trick Room and Wide Guard users, since negating those allows for Tailwind and Bleakwind Storm to be effective (don't like how this is worded, will let next qcer / gp weigh in though).

- Tornadus dislikes opposing Whimsicott, since a Taunt or Encore can make Tornadus far less valuable (this feels kind of misleading, something like limiting Tornadus should be better). It's also susceptible to Fake Out users like Incineroar and Iron Hands since it doesn't have Covert Cloak or Tera Ghost, unlike other Tornadus sets.
- Tornadus is countered by Raging Bolt, Miraidon, and Calyrex-I; all of whom threaten OHKOs on Tornadus both in and out of Tera and can easily take multiple Bleakwind Storms multiple times.

Decorate is, again, still incredibly helpful in boosting Tornadus' damage levels to extremes. (you already mention this so it is fine to cut)
- Restricted Pokémon like Zamazenta-C, Calyrex-S, and Kyogre also appreciate being around Tornadus since it can let them outspeed everything with Tailwind (any examples?).
