@ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Yawn
- U-turn
- Reflect
- Light Screen
Very useful lead. Uxie can not only Dual Screen, but also Yawn to Phase. U-turn does a little damage and lets the next Pokemon(usually Lopunny) get in for free.

@ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Dark Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Nasty Plot
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
Houndoom is one tough evil dog. After a Nasty Plot, only dedicated Special Walls or Scarfers stand much of a chance. Fire Blast is the main attacking move(especially if Flash Fire activates), while the other 2 attacks are for coverage.

@ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Psychic
- Signal Beam
Slightly bulky sweeper. Overlaps with Houndoom a little, but I don't care. After a few Calm Minds, he is rather bulky on the special side, and does quite a bit of damage.

@ Thick Club
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake
Even most Ubers can't beat Marowak for raw physical power. He's slow, but that's why I have Lopunny. If he gets off a Swords Dance, he has 1136(!) Attack, breaking through almost anything in the game. Even the predicted Hail teams can't stop him if he's been passed an Agility or 2. Even without EVs, he's also pretty good at taking physical hits.

@ Life Orb

Ability: Technician
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Spe
- Fake Out
- Mach Punch
- Close Combat
- Bullet Punch
Hitmontop serves several useful roles, mainly stopping Absol with Mach Punch. 3 of its attacks are boosted by Technician, allowing it to do lots of damage. The priority is always nice too.

@ Starf/Liechi Berry
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Baton Pass
- Encore
- Substitute
Helps out Marowak by giving it some much-needed speed. In a pinch, it can also help out against Scarfers.

@ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Yawn
- U-turn
- Reflect
- Light Screen

Well, I'm looking at this lead and I see a very good start up. The issue is being that he's slow and easily Taunted, but I pokemon does come with faults. The one thing I want to suggest is that Stealth Rocks isn't really going to be needed for this team since your goal so going to be to pass to marowack for a quick game. This isn't a bad idea, but with marowacks power he doesn't really rely on Stealth Rocks to help him get a sweep. So instead I would like to sugget Yawn as a Phazing idea for pokemon that Stat-Up and try to sweep

@ Life Orb
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 6 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Dark Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Nasty Plot
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

There are a few issues with your Houndoom set, the first is the Ability, Early Bird has its perks, I'll give you that, but Flash Fire grants you immunity from a certain type of attack, while boosting your own fire attack for no cost but switching in correctly. The second issue is your EV spread, those HP and Defense EV's aren't going to let you outlive anything of importance, so you're biggest goal is to Max your speed and attack so the chance of you getting a sweep is greater

@ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Psychic
- Signal Beam

This espeon is fine I guess, I don't use her that much but the set seems pretty standard to me. Keep as is.

@ Thick Club
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake

Ok, this is the pretty average Baton pass Marowak spread there isn't much to change about him since what he does no one else can really do

@ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Hi Jump Kick
- Psycho Cut
- Ice Punch
- Thunderpunch

The amout of Dark weak you have on this team is sad, it really is. Absol rips through it fairly easily and there's not much you can do about it. THe thing I'm suggesting here is to replace Medicham with Hitmontop. He can hit Absol first with a boosted Mach Punch and OHKO it. Here is the set:

Hitmontop @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature
240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Spe
Techician
- Fake Out
- Mach Punch
- Close Combat
- Bullet Punch

This is a priority world we live in now. With the boosts given Hitmontop becomes another Scizor with Mach Punch except his is deadly given Fake Out and Mach Punch. Bullet Punch is there to his Ghosts harder (especially Froslass). This guy will end your Absol weakness.

@ Starf/Liechi Berry
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Baton Pass
- Encore
- Substitute
This is the normal Lopunny set, except you might want Substitute over Return, being completly screwed by Taunt isn't a problem with encore since you'll lock him into Taunt and you can switch to another pokemon. You can encore him on his stat up or you can encore him on a substitute. Substitute just allows you to pass safer. Nothing that serious, but you want Marowak as healthy as can be.

Don't lead with Uxie. Taunt absolutely ruins it. Contrary to what Gen. Empoleon said, Taunt leads are very important to consider, and weakness to them is an extreme flaw in a team because switching out of them means giving them free turns.

Other than that...my short thoughts are that your team is a little too reliant on set-up. Why not rework a couple of your existing Pokemon to be statusers, to disrupt your opponent's team? Also, IMO Marowak is recieving too little support for something so slow, I ran an entire team a long time ago that was centered on supporting its sweep...

Bleh. can't think of much else. Those are my short thoughts. Good luck.

if you plan on passing speed to marowack, you might want to take from his speed and put into HP to make him be able to take a few more hits. with +4 speed he won't have many things to worry about. especially in UU.

I thought these threads got locked because the metagame is unknown...

Anyways, I would probably lead with Loppuny ; shes a great lead with Switcheroo and Encore, and can pass agility easier as a lead.
