Black Version Firsts (introducing captaincy)

I want to know how image URLs work, so until then images are absent from this one. It's a replica of my Black in-game team (hence the lower-tier items) but hear me out first. This team has surprised in OU, delivering a much larger-than-expected success rate, particularly on the part of the team vice-captain. Here we go:

Piggy (Emboar, captain) @ Flame Plate with Blaze

252 Atk/252 HP/4 Spe (Hardy)

Heat Crash, Wild Charge, Flame Charge, Superpower

The team captain is a real force once Flame Charge solidifies a Speed advantage. Wild Charge is great on weakness coverage, but makes me wish I had a Reckless variant. Superpower is the hugely damaging Fighting STAB, but Heat Crash needs to be replaced.

Sea Leaf (Volcarona, vice-captain) @ Insect Plate with Flame Body

252 SpA/252 Spe/4 Def (Docile)

Bug Buzz, Giga Drain, Heat Wave, Quiver Dance

Much like the Pig, Sea Leaf can be dominant indeed once it's done Dancing. Heat Wave and boosted Bug Buzz mean doom for prominent threats such as Alakazam and Metagross, while Giga Drain provides significantly needed Rock coverage while healing off SR damage.

Shikoyita (Heracross) @ SilverPowder with Swarm

252 Atk/252 Spe/4 SpD (Quirky)

Megahorn, Brick Break, Stone Edge, Earthquake

Shikoyita is one incredibly powerful SilverPowder user, especially coupled with Swarm. A STAB Swarm Megahorn will easily dispose of Umbreon, and while Brick Break won't do much to Espeon, it does destroy the screens most Espeon are known to carry. Earthquake provides a way out of situations with Infernape, while Stone Edge is the killer of choice for annoying Flying-types who plague the team.

Mientatsu (Mienshao) @ Expert Belt with Regenerator

252 Atk/252 Spe/4 SpD (Impish)

Hi Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Rock Slide, U-turn

Arguably the best attacker in the team (which really says something since 22 out of the 24 moves are attacks), Mientatsu takes out an awful lot with this set. The only thing holding it back from being OU itself is its own frailty, the way I see it. HJK recoil can be taken away either from a switch-out or staying in and landing a STAB Drain Punch, or even hitting a bit of damage and THEN switching out via U-turn. Rock Slide is the Flying- and Bug-type coverage of choice, which is also useful in doubles.

Weeks (Rotom-W) @ Zap Plate with Levitate

252 SpA/252 HP/4 SpD (Gentle)

Hydro Pump, Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Signal Beam

Rotom-W is the check to Flying-types in the team, who otherwise take out the first 4 members. Signal Beam also adds much needed Psychic coverage in the event Shikoyita is unavailable (after all, this team is Fighting-heavy), as well as an advantage over Grass. Nothing much to be said about the rest of the set, as nothing about differs much from the standard Rotom-W fare.

Buc Nasty (Bisharp) @ Razor Claw with Inner Focus

100 HP/252 Atk/156 Spe (Naughty)

Iron Head, Aerial Ace, Night Slash, Swagger

Buc Nasty is, despite its less-than-fortunate STAB advantages and nature negatively affecting an already-low Special Defence, a capable check to several prominent threats to the rest of the team. Night Slash is the only move in the team capable of hitting Ghosts for SE damage, as well as giving a hefty deal of damage to Reuniclus coupled with its double-increased chance of critical hits with Razor Claw, while its 2 immunities make it a good check for Toxicroak outside of rain. Iron Head is used as a secondary STAB for its high flinch chance, while Aerial Ace, while no super-move, takes a hefty chunk out of Toxicroak and opposing Sea Leaves.

So there you have it. I appreciate team feedback and also recommend you give the team a trial yourselves before rating. As a Fighting-heavy team, Flying and Psychic moves are quite painful, but Weeks and Buc Nasty can stop this happening, respectively. What's the verdict?

Ok...
So the first thing I noticed is that you should consider not basing all the natures and Pokemon on your B/W team in-cartridge. Such as having Naughty nature on Bisharp when it can really use Adamant nature; same goes with Emboar, Meinshao and Heracross. Heracross would better use the set below because I'm sure it can't survive an Air Slash or rain-boosted Hydro Pump:

Heracross @ Salac Berry
Adamant Atk252 Def4 Spe252 Swarm
Moves
-Reversal
-Megahorn
-Stone Edge/Earthquake
-Endure
It will survive a move that would otherwise OHKO it with Endure, then with a 200 Base Power Fighting STAB attack and Swarm boosted STAB Megahorn; along with the Salac Berry that raises Speed, it becomes a monstrous sweeper with only Gengar and Ferrothorn making it less than usable (Ferrothorn's ability will knock it out as soon as it attacks it with Reversal, and Gengar is immune to most of its usable moves).
I would als like to suggest two Meinshao sets for better usage:

Meinshao @ Big Root
Jolly Atk252 SpDef4 Spe252
Ability:Reckless
Moves:
-Hi Jump Kick
-Drain Punch
-U-Turn
-Fake Out/Ice Punch
-OR-
Meinshao @ Leftovers
Impish HP4 Def200 Sp.Def252 Spe52
Ability:Regenerator
Moves:
-Fake Out
-U-Turn
-Hi Jump Kick/Protect
-Toxic/Hi Jump Kick/Stone Edge
The first set focuses on offense, while the second capitalizes on mixed stalling, offensive and defensive capabilities while ~regenerating~ through the battle.

It occurs to me: I took vice-captain Mistico out because it was the only Uber, so I made Sea Leaf the new addition. But guess what? She is now one of only 2 OU in the team! Since she has to deal with far more than anyone else, I'm deciding to pull the plug on that too. So now I need a suitable UU or below replacement out of Snorlax, Sawk, Escavalier, Golurk, Crobat and Liepard (not Prankster, it's Unburden) for both the moth and the washing machine, if applicable. That way this thread can go to Other Tiers as UU where it is far safer and I can create a concrete, final edition. But who should I take?

The best replacement for your Volcorona set would be Crobat because it is very fast and has acceptable power, and with a set with STAB boosted Flying Gem Acrobatics, it can OHKO-2HKO any Pokemon without physical bulk and/or resists it. Other than that, in order to change it from an OU built set to a UU set, you also should take Rotom out and replace it with maybe an Electross:
Electross @ Expert Belt/Big Root
Adamant/Brave HP244 Atk252 SpAtk12
Levitate
Moves:
-Drain Punch
-Wild Charge
-Coil/Acid Spray
-Flamethrower/Aqua Tail/Ice Punch
This is a different choice I prefer mainly because of Elektrosses ability to stay alive for a while longer with Drain Punches and it's mixed set capabilities. Acid Spray is only there in conjunction with Flamethrower for an increased amount of damage (suprisingly strong; 2HKOs even Regice after SR damage, Regice has an insane amount of Sp.Def). Thats just my ideas.
