Now lets move onto some balancd changes!

Nerfs:​
Piss:
-Flare Blitz, -10 Atk, -25 Spd
+Fire Punch, +10 Def, SpDef
We belive that with these changes, Piss will finally end up on a balanced state lol. Flare Blitz was way too strong of a coverage move for a mon that has MGuard + Life Orb at its disposal, so it has been nerfed to Fire Punch, it is still its only way of breaking through Steel-types. Due to its access to a recoiless Life Orb, reducing its attack to 90 seems fine, as most if not always it prefers to run Life Orb over anything. Its speed nerf, while looking harsh, gives it a now more modest speed, there are many Pokemon still below its speed stat, but there are also way more that are above it, so it can't spam STAB Life Orb Double-Edge on the entire tier anymore, due to being the second fastest Pokemon and has to resort to the weaker Extreme Speed, which due to its now nerfed Atk stat, its dealing considerably less than before. After these changes, we belive it ends up a bit too frail, so we buffed up its defenses.

Karmalice:
-Hyper Voice, Freeze Dry, -19 Spd.
Hyper Voice was too strong of a Refrigerate STAB option to allow, and we should've probably not let it through on our vetoes, Karmalice still has Refrigerate Tera Blast as a weaker STAB, Freeze-Dry is also removed as to let Hippaint, Mohawtter, and Blobbiam deal with it. Its speed nerf makes Pinaturbo a strong answer against it, due to it outspeeding Karmalice now.
