What is the bug?

Smeargle has hazetoxic as one of its learnable moves?

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
you can scroll through smeargle's moveset to find it, but it's not searchable via /ms or /ds, nor does it validate

I can't reproduce hazetoxic specifically, but in general if I open Smeargle's learnset, it has a blank dummy move that should not be there. I'm guessing whatever happened here is derivative of that (see also https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/null-move-in-pure-hackmons.3738920/)
