Blissey Question for my friend

My friend keeps saying that Blissey is an uber, and he yells at me cause he says 'NO UBERS!'. I told him that it wasn't but he wouldn't believe me. So someone please post here so that I can show him proof: is Blissey an uber or not?

No, Blissey is not an Uber.

It can play fairly well against them, but what classifies an Uber is...above average Base Stats in almost all stats, which Blissey only has in HP and Sp. Def.
