Pending /blockpms auth command

We should really have a command suitable for ignoring PM's from all but users whom we might share auth with in any public room. Though occasionally a staff might be busy, they may sometimes need a nudging from staff or a voiced user if they are going to be solo staffing.

Could also potentially be paired with a rooms argument. e.g: /blockpms auth, PG would block all pm's besides from the auth members of the Pokemon Games room. I feel like this'll make communication among auth easier within the sim.

I did want to write this with the thoughts of voices in mind as well. Since getting the attention of a staff member as a voice is still important for general room help (such as policy questions and dealing with unrulier users that voices can't warn, mute, nor ban yet). Of course, the blockpms trusted command is helpful as well, but trusted users aren't just the users that are trusted in your own chatrooms. You can still get pm's from trusted users from all sorts of different public chatrooms and it's likely not to be relevant to any staffing issue.

I honeslty don’t know if this is possible for PS coding tbh... plus I believe even doing that itself wouldn’t actually prevent irrelevant PMs from other users anyway

Plus, voices and staff are encouraged to PM another auth member that is available.

This is very much possible, fwiw, I think most of us just fail to see the use over /blockpms trusted.
I did find this to be somewhat of a popular idea when I discussed this in chat, haha, I'm probably just not as good at explaining things.

Though what my point was was that /blockpms trusted doesn't include voices at all.
