HmH I like this little flushy ball,because it's pretty fast and can really annoy with Leech Sead.Unfortunatly no hp fire =(...but hp ice isn't too bad imo

Well I don' think that's true. Wait... wow, it is! I though it was OU all this time. I thought that Celebi, Mew, Jairachi, Manaphy, and Shaymin (All the 100 Base Stats) were OU and up.
