This thread will serve as a means for qualifying players who have reached the qualification requirements of BLT XIII to sign up for the tournament.
Everyone who has made the cut each cycle will be notified in this thread after the last official of cycle 2 ends. If you have not already made a Smogon account, then please make one so that you are able to be tagged for when the qualifying players are pinged.
What do you do after you've been tagged? After you've been tagged, you are supposed to post following the signup format shown below, should you wish to join. And don’t worry, you'll have until the end of the cycle after the cycle you qualified in.

Foreseen inactivity:-This is a reminder that tier lock will be introduced in the form of a binding "Tiers not played" list. This will work the same way as in official Smogon tournaments.
You will have until the end of Cycle Two if you qualified in Cycle One or 24 hours before the auction if you qualified in Cycle Two to sign up for the tournament.
You will not be put in the draft pool if you do not sign up.
