Overan (Heatran) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 144 HP/252 Def/94 Spd/20 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Grass]

A Very good lead, 95speed Evs and Scarf mean it can outrun a timid Gengar, with lots of Resist he can set up SR very easy. the def EVs mean he can live after a fighting/ground move from most things bar a Metagross and any CB pokes. 20sp EVs give it a respectable 300spA. HP grass to deal with Heatrans ARCH FOE...Swampert.

Embold (Suicune) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/58 Def/50 SAtk/150 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Surf

An amazing set up tatic from Cune here with cunes 404HP his subs have 100HP with pressure, then clam mind to bluk him up...even a T-bolt from a specs gengar only does 66.83% - 78.47%

Stormforce (Swampert) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/58 Def/200 SAtk
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Roar

Pretty Basic Swampert here, Roar to deal with set ups..and his typing aids my water weakness.

Luna (Cresselia) (F) @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/100 Def/58 SAtk/100 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Charge Beam

This makes the team..set up both Reflect and light screen and pseudo pass to...anything the Evs are a little messy but it works out fine, T-wave on switch to aid seting up the walls, EG: Foe swaps to gengar, Gengar is Paralyzed, Cress used Light Screen, Shadow ball FAILS.

Timidos (Vaporeon) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish
- Surf
- Baton Pass
- Acid Armor

This thing is a GOD in this team, wish can be pseudo passed or baton passed, but in vaps Acid armor is where its main power is BP to Cress or pretty much anything else with the walls up...and even super effectives do 10/15%.

Deahon (Dusknoir) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SDef
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Shadow Sneak
- Ice Punch

Im using a rest talk dusk cuz its one of the best defencive pokes in the game, but lacks healing, if you BP from Vap to this...its 400defence + an acid armor = 800defece its SDef is low cuz its just not needed.
---

threats: Blissey, Machamp, T-tar, Zapdos, Heracross.
RMT needed because: Need to find counters for the above, sometimes can be a little slow, Need Ideas to replace Dusk since it tents to fail.

Suicine needs Rest a lot more than Sub.

It prevents Status and any physical sweeper hitting you hard and something fast finishing you off in two hits...

Also Pain Split is better than Rest on Dusknoir I have found, nothing likes having its HP taken and then you getting HP back.

The team isn't terribly bad, the only problem is that most of the team just ... sits there. The Heatran set really just seems awkward as Modest plus 252 Speed EVs will outspeed your Timid with 94 Speed EVs. I really don't see the point of a defensive Heatran. Heatran is meant to scout with Stealth Rock and then sweep later on. A Scarf Heatran really should not be focusing on "playing defensively".

This seems like a stall team but you really don't incorperate stall tactics into your strategy. Stealth Rock is all you set up and then you use a stalk noir to block Rapid Spin. Cresselia, Vaporeon, Dusknoir, and Swampert just lie around doing nothing. This team needs a total revamp because you are trying to mix offense and defense and what you are getting is a crappy defense alongside a crappy offense.

I would start by identifying your needs. ScarfHeatran seems like a decent start as a lead, and Vaporeon could be used as well. I would finish this core out with Celebi and possibly Forretress for Spiking purposes. If this doesn't fit well, you can take a more offensive approach and use Scarf Heatran, CM Suicune, Roserade, and Metagross. Just an offensive take on the team. Whichever you choose, be sure to try and combo well.

On the defensive team, Forretress and Heatran will be used for Spiking and Toxic Spiking + Stealth Rock and Heatran will lead. Heatran will probably be met up with bulky water-type so be sure to give Celebi Leech Seed and Grass Knot. From there, you could give yourself a Toxic Spiker to take down these bulky waters, a strong electric type that plays defensively such as Zapdos, or even just playing with a strong Ghost-type who can take down these Pokemon. I would suggest Rest + Sleep Talk Spiritomb. I believed I talked on IRC with MoP about Rest Talk Dusknoir and he convinced me that Rest Talk Spiritomb was much better. Being able to wear down Pokemon is exactly what a Stall team needs. I actually believe that this defensive team could work with its pressure techniques. A final product of:

Scarf Heatran
Wish Vaporeon
Stalk Spiritomb
SubRoost Zapdos
Spiker Forretress
Leech Seed Celebi

Unlike the current team, this team can actually play productively while still stalling opponents.

If you decide that offense is the way to go, then we can still create a solid core like we did before. Suicune, Heatran, Metagross, and Roserade create a powerful group of Pokemon that use each others weaknesses to their advantage (like Heatran). I would suggest leading with Roserade and keeping Choice Scarf Heatran in reserve. Toxic Spiking is important. I like to give my Roserade's Sludge Bomb to deal with the Taunt Azelf leads and I suggest to you that you should try it as well.

From this point on, we can use a solid attacking "anti-spinner" to help us block rapid spin while still dealing out damage. I suggest Life Orb Gengar. To finallize the team, I suggest a strong electric type again. This time, a standard attacking Zapdos could prove to be truly helpful with Thunderbolt, Hidden Power Ice or Ground (depending on your concern with Magnezone), Roost, U-Turn. Hopefully this will prove to take down opponents quickly.

Our finished product turns into:

Roserade
Gengar
Heatran
Zapdos
Metagross
Suicune

Hopefully you can decide on a final team like on of these and use it productively so that every Pokemon does something.
