ORAS OU Bop it! Pull it! Twist it!

I am back again, with more descriptions and another team~
Anything in bold is edited.

The reason I making this team, was to prepare for a team with Mega Lopunny, or any extremely fast mon. It also revolves around the Mega Mane and Lando-T core.

PKM Vaporeon (Manectric) @ Manectite
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 36 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- Hidden Power [Ice]

First up, my favorite Mega of Gen 3. Now I was thinking "Lets make a team that can whoop Mega Lopunny's Ass." I was looking for a fast mega, and Manectric was the first that came to mind.

The move selection is very simple. Mega Manectric doesn't have much else to work with, though it has everything it needs to be effective. Thunderbolt is the main Electric-type STAB move of choice for attacking, and Volt Switch is also mandatory in order to gain momentum. HP Ice has excellent coverage alongside Thunderbolt, and is Manectric's only option to keep it from being bait for pokemon such as Landorus, Dragonite, Garchomp and Mega Sceptile. Overheat has a significant amount of power, enough to kill Steel types such as Excadrill, Lucario, Ferrothorn and Mega Metagross. The Timid Nature is to outspend extremely fast mons, such as Lopunny, Gengar, and both Latias and Latios.

AD impish john (Landorus-Therian) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Stone Edge

Second, we need the most overused mon of OU. I decided to pair up Mane with Scarfed Lando-T, it has amazing speed and a great attack stat. So i don't need to worry about being Adament and be Jolly and outspeed almost everything.

Earthquake is Landorus-T's Ground-type STAB move. U-Turn is to scout moves such as Ice-Beam or Scald while also hitting Psychic-types such as Latios for super effective damage. Knock Off can be used to hit Ghost and Psychic types, as well as opposing Landorus. Stone Edge is a amazing move, instantly killing mons such as Talonflame, and Mega Pinsir. With it's speed and power, Lando-T is a great revenge killer.

Taken Soulz (Scizor) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Superpower

Ah Scizor such a good mon to have isn't it? I need a switch in for Fairys so I thought "why not Scizor, BP kills everything"

Bullet Punch is an amazing priority attack that threatens to kill Fairys and/or Rock types. This goes very well in hand with U-turn, which scouts for possible switch-ins to said attack and maintains momentum, all while being fairly powerful. Superpower can do massive damage to Steel-types such as Heatran and Ferrothorn as well it can also be used to hit neutral targets hard. Pursuit provides great damage against Psychic and Ghost types Pokemon that usually attempt to switch out of it, such as Mega Gardevoir, Latios/Latias, and Celebi.

Valentine (Conkeldurr) (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch

Conkeldurr, the most underrated mon in OU, power attack and extremely bulky.

Drain Punch is the most powerful STAB move on Conkeldurr, Drain Punch can also bring back 50% of the damage to your health. Mach Punch gives Conkeldurr priority and can be used to pick off weakened opponents or OHKO Bisharp and Weavile. Ice Punch can do such an amazing damage on Ground/Flying types or Dragon/Ground such as Lando, Gliscor, Garchomp and Mega Sceptile. Knock Off cripples any Pokemon, as they be losing the item. It also allows Conkeldurr to take on Stallbreaker Mew with ease.

bludz (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split

After many battles, I prefer to use Rotom-W instead of Manaphy. My team gets countered by sand offense, so Rotom-W comes in, AND NO ONE RUNS GASTRODON IN OU LADDER.

Volt Switch is Rotom-W's Electric STAB move that allows it to regain momentum after pivoting into a threat. Hydro Pump is Rotom-W's secondary STAB that allows it to beat some of the Pokemon it checks, most notably Ground types such as Landorus-T and Mamoswine, which are immune to Volt Switch. Will-O-Wisp allows Rotom-W to hax a burn on the foe and weaken physical attackers. Pain Split can be used when Rotom-W's HP is low to regain some HP, but it tends to be very inconsistent overall due to being dependent on the foe's HP.

Avarice87 (Infernape) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 216 Atk / 40 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Overheat
- Stealth Rock
- Close Combat
- Endeavor

This is my suicide lead. Infernape is a fast mon with an amazing move pool. The reason why I am using Focus Sash is because of Endeavor, At 1HP, Endeavor can bring the target to 1HP. Overheat is for OHKO-ing Steel types such as Ferrothorn, Jirachi, Magnetzone, Mega Metagross, and more. Also, after using Endeavor, and dying, Conkeldurr/Scizor can switch in and go for the priority move and cleans up.

Hi there! Thanks for sharing your team! I also recently posted a RMT with a M-Mane and Lando core and from that experience I wanted to give you some quick feedback.
1. You don't need 252 Spe on Mane. With a jolly nature and 216 EVS you still outspeed up to base 77s who have +1 Spe. The only difference in running 216 is that you no longer speed tie with M-Lopunny and M-Mane which is fine because you have scared Lando. See my RMT for a more in depth explanation.
2. Because you are running dual intimidate Bisharp becomes a very real threat. I'm curious to hear how you as a player with this team handle Bisharp when you encounter them.
That's all I had after my first reading goof luck with your team!

1. Thanks for the advice, I will do that.
2.Having duel intimidate could be Bisharp's Meal, but thats where Conkeldurr comes in, eats up a Sucker Punch (Unless its a crit) then take the health back from using Drain Punch.

Aye Sunchipps nice Volt-turn Core & naming me Scizor. ;] . For team editing/ rating wise i suggest when playing with this team making strong aggrestive plays to be able to keep that nice Volt Switch - U turn combo. Also for threats i see a incapiablity to deal with weather teams such as Sand Rush Exadrill, Swift Swim users. So, i see where rotom-w comes into play but once it dies GG no re fren u might have a struggle throughout your game.
  • Having this recommended Ev set for Conkeldurr (EVs: 252 Atk / 236 SpD / 20 Spe > 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD) It enables you to have more overall more bulk and more hp restore from drain punch. Also having the lovely 20 speed evs helps you speed creep opposing base 45 speed such as Hippowdon.
  • Lastly if losing to mons that use set up moves after using overheat on your Mega Manectric i suggest Flamethrower < Overheat
At the end, this team looks to have high potential and look to perform nicely.
Hope this helped bro :]

Nice team mate. I've just one nitpick, changing rotom-w's EVs to 248 HP/ 216 Def / 44 Spe with a Bold Nature . This should help your team against talonflame which otherwise KOs 4/6 of your team happily.

Hope I helped :)

Yo Friend Finally made an RMT? Also I would have liked to have seen the Team Building lol.

Looking at your threat list you seen to have a problem with Gastroton, Quagsire, and other bulky water and ground type mons. Let Rotom-W have Toxic over Will-o-Wisp to get rid of your Gastrodon Threat. Or make it better with Rain Dance, Tail Glow, Manaphy as with its ability Hydration which makes it impossible to give it a Status Condition and Energy Ball to hit Gastrodon. If you keep Rotom-W make its EVs 252 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe to outspeed Jolly Azumarill and Bulky enough to hit Talonflame. Make Conkeldurr's EV spread 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD as with Assault Vest you want to have EVs in HP as Assault Vest Makes it bulky already. BTW at +1 Speed Gyarados can't outspeed Mega Manectric and Scarf Lando-T just so you know. Thanks for the Shoutout, and I hoped I helped.

I've changed manaphy's move-set in the quote to one that can handle threats better being able to heal.
Haven't seen a gastrodon forever, but Conkelder handles it fine anyways
