Lead

Cochineal (Scolipede) @ Focus Sash
Swarm
Timid
Spikes
Toxic Spikes
Substitute
X-Scissor
EV: 252 HP / 4 Def. / 252 Speed

Pretty standard lead set. My first ever set I made on my own :D Spikes + Toxic Spikes for obvious reasons. X-Scissor gets STAB and Swarm boosts. Sub allows me to get more sets of Spikes and Toxic Spikes up. Sash allows me to hold on the extra turn.

Offense

Roopushin @ Leftovers
Guts
Adamant
Payback
Hammer Arm
Mach Punch
Bulk Up
EVS: 252 HP / 252 Att. / 4 Spe

The Bulk Up gives me AMAZING attack and defense. Then I can Hammer Arm and DEMOLISH teams. This Poke is one of my favorite Pokes for that reason, it's just SO POWERFUL. The Mach Punch gives me priority against a switch into spikes. It'll allow me to take out something at low HP. The EV spread gives me some bulk AND speed, as well as take advantage of his high base attack. Payback to take out those Tagged Shandera's.

Hihidaruma @ Life Orb
Sheer Force
Adamant
Flare Blitz
U-Turn
Rock Slide
Superpower
EVs: 252 Att. / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Another of my favorites in 5th Gen. Another GREAT sweep. Great base attack, which this EV spread takes advantage of. The Speed EVs allow me to get a quick sweep with minimum damage. The moveset allows me to have a good amount of coverage, and Bug Buzz allows the quick and safe switch.

Ichigo (Skarmory) @ Leftovers
Sturdy
Impish
Steel Wing
Roost
Whirlwind
Brave Bird
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def. / 4 Spe.

Roost to stall. The EV spread allows a good stall. Leftovers to recover from recoil. Steel Wing for STAB. Whirlwind for Spikes Damage.

The Rest

Bye Bye (Murkrow) @ Eviolite
Sassy
Prankster
Perish Song
Substitute
Mean Look
Roost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Att. / 252 SpD

God, I love Perish Song. The Prankster gives priority on pretty much everything. The Eviolite boosts my Def to hell and back, it's amazing. Everything else is pretty straight forward. I sub to Mean Look and Perish Song. Roost for 2 turns, then switch out.

Swamp King (Swampert) @ Leftovers
Torrent
Relaxed
Stealth Rock
Roar
Earthquake
Ice Beam
EVs: 240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpD

Roar for the Spikes and Rock damage on Pokes that are otherwise hard to take down. Everything else is pretty obvious.

So, please rate and leave suggestions.

Your team doesn't have any glaring weaknesses, so good job with that. I could see Choice Scarf Mamoswine and Terakion giving you some problems. But the main flaw I see with this team is Lati@s. Nothing is safe from a Draco Meteor, Latias can set up on nearly all of your team, can 0HKO Roobushin with Psychic, etc. So I'd reccomend a bulky Steel type like Scizor or Ferrothorn for you. Ferrothorn can also lay up Spikes, similar to Accelgor, but also has Leech Seed and synergy with Swampert. Just a suggestion.

a small nit pick, put the 4 evs for murkrow in defense rather than attack, since your goal is to get as much bulk as possible.

Also, have you considered maybe Payback on Conkeldurr instead of Focus Punch or Mach Punch? it's a shame when you have to switch out on a ghost just because you fail to hit it with anything. Especially since this is dream world, giving Chandelure the chance to set up is bad.

Explosion and Self Destruct are rarely used anymore, but you might as well use it on Swampert since you have no water type moves anyway.

Honestly, I can't see any pure weakness on the team as a whole. I think there might be some stalls better than Gliscor for your team, since you lack either phasing or taunting. I guess as a sweeper maybe, but there are better choices. I might suggest replacing Gliscor with Ferrothorn or Skarmory, or finding a toxic spikes layer (or fling on Gliscor). My own idea might be replace either Gliscor or Murkrow with Skarmory and/or Accelgor with Scolipede that has Spikes + Toxic Spikes

For Conkeldurr, Payback > Focus Punch since you need the coverage for ghosts. Without it, he gets stopped by any ghost type in the game, and his setup becomes useless.

Nice job with the team overall though, since it could have no glaring blind spots after
a couple of fixes (which is decently hard to do this Gen). Remember, there will always be a counter to something you have. You just have to be able to out-play and out read the opponent and their moves.

whats priority for Whirlwind? Cause if its -1, then it becomes normal priority on murkrow thanks to prankster. Scarf it, and give it max out speed, and you might have one of the best phazers of all time

I think I might replace Gliscor with Skarmory, I built this team primarily around the Perish Trap Krow so I don't wanna replace it. The Gliscor is nice to have, but it's 400% weakness to Ice is a big problem, and while not primarily a sweep, Swampert can do some damage to an unprepared team.

I also am considering using the Scolipede. For one, I haven't used it yet and I want to test out every Poke I can. Two, it doesn't seem like a bad idea, having both sets of spikes is always a plus. Swarm is a great ability, since it's a lead chances are by the time it's done setting up it will have low HP and deal quite a bit of damage.
